SUMMARY
Enjoy beach living in this 3 level designer 3br+2.5ba beach home located in the heart of La Jolla, less than one block from the famous Windansea surf/swim friendly beach. Other highlights include brand new professional coastal design, SMART TVs (with cable), 1 garage parking space & sleeping arrangements for 6.

FIRST LEVEL
This light & bright surf haven is located just steps to beautiful white sandy Windansea beach. As you enter the home you'll notice bedroom #2 on this level features a Queen bed, Smart TV and ensuite shared bathroom with a tiled enclosed shower. Br #3 has a Queen size Murphy bed with Smart TV and a built in desk with a chair, perfect for getting some work done while on vacation.

SECOND LEVEL
Step upstairs to discover a newly remodeled kitchen featuring porcelain countertops, freshly painted cabinets and a suite of stainless steel appliances including a Wolf stove, Bosch dishwasher and Refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and GE microwave. The kitchen also includes a Delta glass rinser and a reverse osmosis system, making it a chef's dream. Eucalyptus wood floors grace the main floor and primary hallway, while polished travertine floors adorn the first floor, bathrooms, and kitchen.
Just off the plush living room with cozy sofa and Smart TV is a covered patio with a heater and small BBQ, perfect for snuggling up on those cool San Diego nights. The dining table for 4 is a perfect place to catch up after a long day at the beach. There is also a half bath located on this level.

THIRD LEVEL
The Primary Bedroom is located on the top floor of this home, the perfect getaway. The King size bed is brand new and you're sure to have a good night sleep, and a Smart TV. There is an open-air patio off the primary bedroom, providing ample outdoor space to relax and savor the ocean breeze. The ensuite bathroom features new dual vanity sinks surrounded by porcelain counters. There is a large tiled enclosed shower and a separate soaking tub.

Some of our favorite nearby eateries include Busy Bee's Bagels, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, LJ Crafted Wines, Wheat & Water wood-fired pizza & Duke's La Jolla family eatery. Also just a few blocks to Valley Farm organic grocery market & butchery shop.

ACTIVITIES
Within 1 block to the famous Windansea beach, which is both swim and surf friendly. Also nearby is La Jolla Cove, with great snorkeling, swimming, and kayaking.

ATTRACTIONS
Just a few minutes away is the Village of La Jolla, with endless shops & entertainment. A quick Uber ride South will get you to Belmont Park's Big Dipper roller coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~20min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~15min drive to Del Mar fairgrounds and racetrack.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Our stay at this location in La Jolla was excellent! The home was clean, everything we needed was provided, and access to view the beach was easy. Some reviewers commented that the garage is too small; however, we were able to park our full sized Bronco (rental) in the garage, which made is much easier since street parking is limited! We were a family of 5 & had plenty of space.

Wonderful place for a San Diego getaway

We really loved this place for a family vacation. The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood close to the beach. There is plenty in walking distance. The place is well appointed with most things you need for a weekend or week long stay. The layout is nice for privacy with one bedroom on its own floor. The balconies were very nice as well. Parking is tight bu nice to have a secure spot. We will definitely book again when coming back to La Jolla

A Great Place to Stay in La Jolla

407 Bonair is an excellent vacation home for visiting La Jolla and the San Diego area. The unit has three floors, with the main bedroom on the third floor, a large bathroom, a closet with a full-size washer and dryer, and a front porch. We had a few items that needed attention, which were fixed the next day. The management company was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay at this lovely property in La Jolla, just blocks from Windandsea Beach with our two kids. The property was absolutely gorgeous, well-appointed and had amazing views, set on a quiet street. Modern amenities throughout, including Keurig, smart tv, and fantastic bathrooms. Three outdoor patios for enjoying the sea breeze, and easy walk to La Jolla restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty of beach supplies in the garage including boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.Things to be aware of: There are three levels, so be aware of stairs. The garage parking spot is small, but worked great for our small rental car.

Perfect property for family or small friend group

The location was perfect! It was walkable to several restaurants and small shops. Beach is close. The house is top notch. They supplied everything we needed and it was very clean. The A/C was broken while we were there but luckily the windows and ceiling fans kept it pretty cool. They offered us a small discount for this inconvenience, which was appreciated. Only issue was the garage is even smaller than we expected. We chose the smallest rental car we could and it took us about 5 minutes and lots of careful maneuvering to get car in garage. We opted for street parking after that.
