The Space:

Sleeping Arrangements

Three spacious bedrooms each feature a queen bed, with the master bedroom offering an en‑suite bathroom for added privacy. A queen sofa bed provides flexible sleeping space for additional guests, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Both family rooms are equipped with flat‑screen TVs and plush couches, perfect for movie nights or catching up after a day of adventure. The indoor dining area sits close to the kitchen, making it easy to share meals and stories around the table.

The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a generous countertop, and all the essentials you need to whip up a hearty breakfast before heading out. Free washer and dryer facilities keep linens fresh, and high‑speed free Wi‑Fi lets you stay connected throughout your stay.



Neighborhood & Nearby Attractions

A short five‑minute drive brings you to Helen S. Howarth Community Park, ideal for picnics and playground fun. Within ten minutes, the Shoppes at Park Place provide shopping and dining options, while Sawgrass Lake Park is a fifteen‑minute ride away for nature walks and wildlife spotting. All of these attractions are easily reachable, making it simple to explore the best of Pinellas Park.

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway.

A quiet, residential neighborhood but an area filled with outdoor spots, foodie gems, and more!



We recommend checking out Pinellas Arts Village! This area is an emerging part of the city and continues to evolve through the efforts of a growing number of arts and entertainment destinations. There are different free events throughout the year as well!



You can spend time walking around the nature trails (like Sawgrass Lake Park or Helen S. Howarth Community Park). OR pop into some of Pinellas Park restaurants for a bite to eat -- there are plenty to choose from :) Whether you like Thai, Cajun, or looking for a nice cold beer, you'll definitely be able to find what you're craving!



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
