Step into our inviting 4-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms house, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort. You will be greeted by a wide foyer that leads you into the spacious common areas, including a large living room, dining room, and a stunning kitchen. The living room floor plan creates an inviting atmosphere for family gatherings and entertaining. Sink into plush sofas, while watching on the large screen TV, or simply enjoy the company of loved ones in this inviting space.

Take pleasure in the culinary delights of our fully-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops with 2 bar stools offers a delightful spot to savor your morning meal, white-glazed cabinets, appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender and much more.

Gather around the dining table with 6-seating for a delightful meal and engaging conversations. Additionally, the dining and kitchen area offers direct access to the pool area, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim at your leisure.

The masters bedroom features a plush King-sized bed, ceiling fan, closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 double-sized beds, ceiling fan, a TV, and a closet. Third bedroom features a bunk bed with a trundle, closet and a pack 'n play. Fourth bedroom features queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, closet and a TV; ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

The guest bathroom is equipped with stand-up shower, double-sink vanity, toilet bowl, modern fixtures and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to your day. Ensuite bathrooms are equipped with stand-up shower, vanity, toilet bowl, modern fixtures and fresh towels. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. This home has Wi-Fi.

Outside, the screened-in pool area is perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine, with plenty of sunning decking for relaxation and complete with comfortable sun loungers. The pool area also features a fun dart game setup, providing the ideal spot for some friendly competition and entertainment. The fenced rear yard offers a safe and private space for family fun.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Pool is not heated.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
