Welcome to Poconoasis!
Newly built modern chalet nestled in the woods of a peaceful lake community. Within a short driving distance of skiing, white water rafting, swimming, hiking, boating, hunting, historic Jim Thorpe, shopping & dining. Spacious with adequate seating for all to enjoy togetherness. Loaded rec room. Hot tub for relaxation. 4 king master bedrooms provide the perfect oasis of calm. The bunk room delivers fun for the kids and a comfy resting nook when they are all adventured out.
Our spacious three-story chalet is perfectly located just a short drive from skiing, whitewater rafting, swimming, hiking, boating, hunting, historic Jim Thorpe, shopping, and dining. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, you'll have easy access to everything the Poconos has to offer.
Inside, the home is designed for both comfort and convenience:
• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Each floor features a master ensuite, and every bathroom is accessible from both a bedroom and a common area—perfect for privacy and flexibility. The first-floor bathroom includes a tub/shower, while the second and third floors have walk-in showers.
• Sleeping Arrangements: The first floor has a bunk room with a double and triple bunk, great for kids or groups. The remaining four bedrooms each have a king bed for a restful night's sleep.
• Kitchen & Living Spaces: The kitchen and main master suite are located on the second floor, with an open-concept living and dining area that leads to a spacious front deck.
Outdoor Living
Enjoy the covered deck just off the kitchen, featuring two dining tables with bench seating and a propane grill—perfect for outdoor meals, rain or shine. The second-floor deck spans the front and rear of the house, offering another great space to take in the surroundings.
The main entrance welcomes you with a ski lift bench, a fun photo op spot! Snap a selfie and tag us on IG @bookatoasis. Firewood is also stocked here for your convenience.

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life to this idyllic, serene setting. Nestled in a wooded lot of a private lake community, this home is the perfect escape to serenity and some fun with family and friends.

From the loaded rec room including a pool table, a vintage shuffleboard bowling table, and a variety of board games to the hot tub outdoors, a play set (coming spring 2025), a firepit, mini golf course, outdoor bowling lane to the generously sized live edge dining table that comfortably seats 12 with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula, each space is designed for making memories with loved ones in mind.
Four bedrooms boast a king-sized bed and TV. (Three of the king bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.) The bunk room has a double as well as triple bunk, a TV, and a Ms. PacMan Arcade game, providing a great space for fun and relaxation after a day of adventure.
