Welcome to our cozy Turtle Bay condo, where relaxation and comfort await you. Nestled in the perfect resort location, this condo offers easy access to everything the North Shore has to offer. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of Turtle Bay Resort, stunning beaches, tidal pools, and popular restaurants.
This thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, cable TV, and portable air conditioning for added comfort. A second bathroom is located in the hall for your convenience. The open living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a dining table for four, all complemented by an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fans, and excellent natural airflow.
Unwind in the evening with your favorite shows on the smart TV, or stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. A laundry machine (washer and dryer) is also provided for your convenience. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, rice cooker, utensils, cookware, and helpful kitchen gadgets.
Step out onto the lanai, furnished with a table and chairs, to enjoy the tranquil tropical garden view. Every evening, you’ll be treated to breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect way to end your day.

Parking: A parking pass will be available inside the unit for your vehicle. Please park only in the designated stall assigned to you.
A guest parking pass will also be provided for your visitor. Guest vehicles must park only in designated guest parking stalls.
Parking passes must be clearly displayed by hanging them on the rearview mirror at all times.
Do not remove the pass from its plastic holder.
Please note: A $50 fee will apply for any lost parking pass or holder
Please keep the unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! Please clean thoroughly immediately after finishing cooking and eating-in. This helps keep insects out of the unit.

Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area.
Toilets: Please do NOT flush feminine products, disposable wipes or trash in the toilet.

Hanging towels on the lanai railings is not allowed. Skateboarding on grounds is not allowed.
POOL: Enjoy the 3 swimming pools and tennis courts on grounds, for your use. Pools; Follow posted rules. No lifeguard on duty. Open 9:am to 9:00pm daily. No glass of any kind. One of the 3 pools is designated for “Adults Only” on a weekly rotational basis. Please take note.
BBQ: BBQ’s are available in the gazebo’s at the pool. They are for your use and are on a first come first serve basis. Charcoal is needed.
