This condo is on the 4th floor. Located in Myrtle Beach, enjoy what this 3-bedroom condo has to offer. This superb property features 1 king bed and 4 full beds, perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a fitness room, guests can stay connected and active during their stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Myrtle Beach and our condo has to offer.

Myrtle Beach was voted 'Best Family Beach' by The Travel Channel. Great Central Location! You'll be close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer including, 120 golf courses, over 1900 restaurants, live entertainment, fun shopping, water parks, and thrilling attractions. When you're ready to venture out, our condo is conveniently located blocks away from family kingdom amusement park, along with pier 2. Local restaurants, golf courses and outlet shopping malls are a short drive away.

Renovations for the outdoor pool, lazy river, indoor pool, and balcony construction were fully completed as of June 20th.

The splash pool is scheduled for plastering on June 30th, with an expected opening by July 3rd.

The new hot tub is still undergoing improvements, including deck drain and paver work currently in progress. Opening is expected soon.

Wonderful property! Wonderful hosts! It was a nice place to stay. Unfortunately only 2 parking passes and having to go pick up “keys”to get in. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

The unit has the best view of the beach. The parking garage near the room is a bonus. It was easy check-in. The rental agent contacted us the next day to make sure everything was ok. I mention a few things they needed to be corrected and said they would fix after we left. We didn’t need it done while we were there. Just make note that if you don’t do early check in you can’t get your room key until 3:45. We will definitely be back. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There location is great, close to many local restaurants, beachfront, not too loud of an area. The condo itself is nice, with a great view of the beach and overlooking the pool. Our kids really loved the multiple pools on this property.

Great Vacation

This unit at Grand Atlantic was spacious and comfortable. The washer and dryer was convenient for our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony throughout our stay. The extra pillows, blankets, and beach items provided in the master bedroom were great additions. Any concerns were addressed by the host in a very timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay!

The best one yet!

Absolutely one of the best vacation stays we’ve had. The host responds quickly whether it’s text or emails. The check-in process was super easy. The room was in a great spot, elevator access and parking deck right at the door. The photos are spot on. Absolutely loved watching my crew eating at the dining room table with the beach in the background. We were on the 4th floor so all you saw was beach whether you doing dishes or sitting in the living room relaxing. The balcony became our favorite spot. Love the location. Absolute 10/10. Definitely going to book here again!,

Mother’s Day family weekend celebration

Very clean, modern, roomy condo for our family of 7. 3 bath was a bonus. Kitchen so well stocked with everything needed to cook and bake. The pictures were to date with exception of ocean front lawn/pool area. Last line of description says pool under construction but so is lawn/sitting area; Non existent. Property mgmt. very quick to respond. Highly recommend this property for family getaway.

The condo was very clean, exactly as pictured, very spacious for our family of 5, and the views from the panoramic balcony were a dream! Overall the unit itself was great. The actual Grand Atlantic condominium had some issues- there was a constant smell of weed that infiltrated the elevator, pool area, and even seeped to our balcony. Our kids just thought there was a skunk living in the building . Also, someone in the building tripped the fire alarm at 4am forcing everyone to evacuate to the street for an hour and a half. The kids thought it was an exciting adventure, but not so much for the grownups. Again, the condo itself was wonderful and I enjoyed my cup of coffee every morning on the balcony. Everything outside of the condo was a bit iffy- but that can’t be controlled by the owners.

Spacious

Unit could use some maintenance with signs of water damage on bathroom vanities, next to fridge and on other walls in condo. To have to pick up a key from a lock box streets away seems inconvenient for travelers. Seems as though this could have happened on property not attached to a house on another street. I never saw the fine print about the pool yet one of my family members saw after locking in the condo.

This is a mixed review so please read past the negative to the positive. Important to know, the mattresses are very uncomfortable. There were 5 beds and 4 of us staying. If it had just been me complaining about the bed I would not have mentioned it. However, all 4 of us each morning was in pain with hips or back and none of us arrived there like that. (Thank goodness I had my BEMER with me)Just a heads up if planning to cook. The cookware is super scratched Teflon (very hazardous to your health) There are no condiments of any kind there either. Contact with owner was quick responses until I sent in my concerns and dissatisfaction. Heard nothing, reached out, told me she would review concerns and get back to me heard nothing. Checkinwas a challenge too. Went to a different cottage to pick up entry cards which wasn’t so bad except, they didn’t know what I was talking about, they were all drinking and very friendly trying to figure it all out, why I was there. Very awkward, but got resolved.For the positive: location is great! View is spectacular, especially sunrise. The moon on the water pretty spectacular too. Pools and hot tub lovely. The condo is spacious and presents pretty well. There are signs of aging that need attention, but don’t interfere with with the overall stay. I did take pictures, so as not to be blamed for those repairs that need to be done. Was grateful for the washer/dryer. The dining table is big enough to play games on. Overall a pleasant stay.

Loss vacation

It has possibilities with a bit of attention. The place was so dirty I couldn't believe we paid for this mess. Where do I start? When we arrived at the unit, the door was wide open. We walked in slowly, not knowing what to expect. I checked all the bedrooms to ensure someone was currently in the unit. You can see that the place has not been cleaned in weeks. I turned back the covers in the main bedroom and discovered uneaten food, so much for changing the bedding.The ceiling in the second bedroom's bathroom had sustained water damage and was close to collapsing. The floors had not been cleaned in a very long time, and the whole place had a musty smell, as if it had been closed for a long time. I took a piece of a paper towel and put it under my foot to see how much dirt would be attached to the paper (see pictures).We went to Target and Wal-Mart and purchased new bedding, including pillows, to sleep on. We are entitled to some of our money back. I will never again book through VRBO.

Positive Experiences:•The host was very responsive to texts and emails, •Check-in/out instructions were provided in a timely manner.•The balcony was a favorite spot for my family members.•The instructions provided were clear and helpful.•The location, space, and communication were all excellent. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach. •Having three bathrooms was a great bonus.•Renovations to the pool are taking place, but it would have been good for the kids to have access to the kiddie pool. Negative Experiences:•It is an older unit that needs some attention as it relates to the condition of the mattresses and plumbing. •The air conditioning was a pain, and condensation was an issue.•The unit showed signs of water damage in several areas.•The floors seemed clean but were dirty, and we had to ask for maintenance to reclean them.•One of the bathrooms had a problem with running water that made it a chore for us to constantly monitor the commode, and we had to always make sure that the tank’s stopper was in place. The rubber on the stopper is old and needs to be replaced. •Mattresses are extremely old. We could feel the mattress slats, and some mattresses were tilted to the side. The mattresses need to be replaced to ensure a good night’s sleep.•There were maintenance problems: a non-working remote, inability to stream, tedious channel selection, burnt-out light bulbs, a clogged sink, and water damage in the bathroom.

Beautiful view—disappointing stay

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas.From the start, there was no flexibility with early check-in, and no designated area to leave our bags, which made arrival a bit stressful. When we reached out for help or clarification, there was very little sense of urgency or support — it felt like we were on our own the entire time. They eventually helped us check in an hour early, but because the unit is separately owned from the resort, no one at the resort could help us. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of access to the outdoor pool, something we had assumed was included. It was very briefly mentioned on the listing that it wouldn’t be available, but no reminder or callout when booked which felt misleading. It also states that it could be as early as 3/5 to be back and on 5/23, the pools were no where near ready. Inside the unit, a few issues made the stay less comfortable. A wasp was in the unit when we arrived, and despite reaching out, we received no assistance from the property managers. Basic supplies were missing, like sponges for washing dishes, which seems like a small thing but added to the overall frustration.Maintenance-wise, the master bedroom had several problems: one of the light bulbs was out, the shower was either scalding or barely functional due to a clog, and, most concerning, the smoke detector was unplugged — a real
