With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a fitness room, guests can stay connected and active during their stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Myrtle Beach and our condo has to offer.

Myrtle Beach was voted 'Best Family Beach' by The Travel Channel. Great Central Location! You'll be close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer including, 120 golf courses, over 1900 restaurants, live entertainment, fun shopping, water parks, and thrilling attractions. When you're ready to venture out, our condo is conveniently located blocks away from family kingdom amusement park, along with pier 2. Local restaurants, golf courses and outlet shopping malls are a short drive away.

IMPORTANT RESORT & PARKING NOTICE: Resort amenities, including pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, balconies, and other common areas, are resort-controlled and may be closed or unavailable due to construction, maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances without notice. Amenity availability is not guaranteed, and the host is not responsible for resort-controlled closures or changes.

Parking: Two (2) parking passes are provided. The resort strictly enforces its parking pass policy, and additional passes are not available. Free street parking is available approximately three blocks down the street.

Newly renovated location was correct; Very nicely done. Certainly will consider staying here again. Communication with host was timely as far as checkin and checkout. We only had one issue with lights, fan, tv connected to switches but help came quickly to sort out. I recommend this location.

Overall we really enjoyed the stay . With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths you cannot beat the price . The pools were clean. The parking could be better as we had a big vehicle that could not fit in the low roof parking garage.

The condo was perfect for my family. I appreciate being able to check in a little earlier with my handicapped family member. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is a great location and very convenient to have a mini mart and Scooby's there. Many families were enjoying the pools. great property. Would stay again.

Wonderful view of the beach. I loved beaing to make my coffee in the morning while looking at the ocean. The balcony was big enough for our group of 6 to hang out on together.

Overall enjoyable stay. We would consider booking with them again should we need the space. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware. The frames that the beds were on in the two additional rooms are dated and stick out and can hazardous. Need to be careful when moving in and out of the rooms. Host very attentive and address any concerns cordially. When staying 7 nights we would have preferred additional trash bags and towels. A third parking pass since it was a three bedroom. This was minor but thought it might help you consider for those staying a week. Again we would stay again. Great view from 4th floor. We loved and enjiyed

Amazing view from the balcony. Host communication was very responsive and helpful. Needed early check in and late checkout and they worked with me to make it the best stay gor my group. Highly recommended this property and host.

Host was really welcoming. Reached out to make sure everything was good when we first got there and then the next morning. Condo is nice with adjoining bathrooms. Condo was clean. I would stay there again. The pools in the building were wonderful too.

Wonderful property! Wonderful hosts! It was a nice place to stay. Unfortunately only 2 parking passes and having to go pick up “keys”to get in. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

The room was very dusty, did not like the fact that we had to wash our own laundry as far as towels to reuse while on vacation. That was definitely an inconvenience. No one comes on vacation to have to wash laundry.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There location is great, close to many local restaurants, beachfront, not too loud of an area. The condo itself is nice, with a great view of the beach and overlooking the pool. Our kids really loved the multiple pools on this property.

The stay was great and we enjoyed our stay very much and host was great. Be aware you can't just go to the front desk.Because it is not a part of that property.It is like privately owned. about an hour and a 1. After we checked out, I realized I left my bathroom bag on the back of the door contacted host. She contacted housekeeping and was informed that it was not there. There wasn't even hooks on the back of the door so this is very alarming to me. It's alarming because there are very much hooks on the back of the bathroom doors, and I reached out and was told she was gonna reach out to housekeeping, housekeeping, told her it wasn't there. And have heard nothing more.
