We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at paradise perch. The property is lovely. It is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is large and well stocked. We cooked each night and ate on the porch. We kayaked and used the SUP which both were fairly new. It’s a perfect home away from home.

Jamie was very easy to reach. Communication was perfect. The space was nice and neat access to everything. Thank you for allowing this beautiful home to us. I would book again!

This property is a beautiful home away from home with lots of high end furnishings and aesthetic details. The bedrooms and living spaces are fantastic. The outdoor fire table is a bit finicky but worked well once we got the hang of it. We had a lovely time and hope to be back again soon.

We had the best stay! Jamie was a great host from the beginning, very responsive and knowledgeable. The home is in great condition, comfortable beds, easily accessible by car or boat! Seamless check-in/checkout process. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Jamie!!

We have been coming to the Charlotte Car Show for around 15 years from Atlanta asagroupk of friends. This was one of the best.

Great host, everything you needed was right on the property. Made accommodations for my family and I before our stay and made sure that any requests made were to our satisfaction. Most vacation rentals have cheap bedding. Not this host. This place has the most comfortable beds that you’ll ever sleep in. You won’t find a hotel with beds that comfortable. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining guests and family. Enough room to dock your boat (park for boat landing close by). Kayaks and life jackets available for you and your guests. Beautiful wraparound patio with plenty of seating, tables, games, grill, and outdoor cooler. It’s your perfect home away from home.

Wonderful Weekend on the Water!

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Paradise Perch. The house was easy to find and had plenty of parking. We had 10 guests and everyone slept very comfortable. My partner and I slept on the pullout with the basement and both were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable it was! The kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and lake mats were awesome amenities! The house is located conveniently located 3 minutes from a grocery store (Harris Teeter) as well as a 5 minute boat ride from a rental boat marina (CS Rentals). Jamie was very responsive and very helpful! I highly recommend and would stay again at this property!

PROS:-Check-in and check-out were fairly seamless: approximately 5-6 hours prior to check-in, we were provided a code to access the house; check-out tasks were manageable/reasonable -Location: conveniently-located, in close proximity to a Harris Teeter, local restaurants, etc. -Gorgeous View: perched amongst the trees with a commanding view of the lake; lake access via a dock with some lake toys provided (though we didn’t use them, it was nice to have them as an option!) -Other: ample, covered parking; comfortable beds; awesome back deck with plenty of seating; strong WiFi capable of supporting multiple devicesCONS: -Bathrooms: water pressure in the main level shower was very weak -Other: some of the Tupperware containers provided at the house were cracked/broken (we only discovered after we noticed food leaking from them); the fire table on the main level back deck was out of propane

This place is fairly updated in the bathrooms but some areas need some work. The rental photos are dated and the outdoor areas need some desperate landscaping. The fans are older and the amount of switches to control the lights is very confusing. The half bath in one bedroom is not large enough to actually sit down and face the wall for anyone of height. The beds are mostly comfortable and the dock is nice. Some work on the outdoor lighting is much needed so the dock can be used at night if desired. The washer was so dirty I had to clean the dispenser prior to using. The water in the toilets is brown. And the towels I used had brown stains from the water after showering. The host is very responsive. She sent a paddle board paddle next day even though I was leaving but it is there for the next guest. Overall decent placed but overpriced in my opinion for some of the lacking details I mentioned.

Our trip with a family outing coming from different states. It was a great day. We swam in the water more than once a day. We were out on the lake every day.. there were also nearby restaurants to get something to eat and playgrounds for the kitties when they needed a little bit of something to do.there’s a barbecue plenty of porches and bedrooms are neat and clean as where are the bathrooms.Happy to return
