Fabulous as Always!

We’ve enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo for the past three years. The location is perfect! The condo is fabulous! The staff is kind and courteous! Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Nice Place

We enjoyed are stay. Rental came with two beach chairs which we enjoyed for a few days. Double Red Flags flew most of the time we were there so we spend most of our time at the pool which is very nice. Close to two restaurants that you can walk to. Staff was nice.

Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location

We love staying at Treasure Island. The property is fantastic! I hope we’ll be able to stay here in the future, but the price for the condo we rented had a major price increase this year, and when I checked for booking summer of 2024, the price has increased again DRASTICALLY!😢

Treasure Island Stay

My family and I have been coming to Treasure Island Resort for years and it has never failed to deliver. The location is great (away from the crowds) and right on the beach. This 3 bedroom condo was as advertised. The only thing we could complain about is the pots were not the best and some utensils could definitely be upgraded. Other than that the place was great!

Perfect for large group

This property was perfect except for two issues that need to be noted The master mattress is a double mattress height. The top of it came to my waist and i am 5'6" tall. I had to purchase a stool to get into bed and ended up falling and i'm not disabled! Secondly, the air conditioner did not go below 75 degrees on any day. if we hadn't had fans , we would have been miserable.

Beautiful and fun but…

Call ahead before you book, THIS Spring is not the best time to stay in this neighborhood due to construction/ repairs from January’s (2024) tornado that hit PCB area. Construction on this property and some townhomes next door that will need demolishing this Spring. Construction noise ran us out of the condo for the only 2 days that were sunny, but construction stopped around 5-6 pm. 1 night of construction gear clanking kept us up ALL night. Our rented unit four-twelve does NOT come with beach chairs as advertised, disappointing. But you can go down to beach and rent them by the set, daily. We rented a corner condo that was beautifully decorated, wrap around balcony, roomy and the views of the beach came with dolphins nearly everyday. The 2 king beds are high/tall but there are step stools in the front room under a table. There are 2 blow up mattresses w/ pump in the master closet but we didn’t need because the coach unfolds to a dbl bed. Master closet is big enough it could be used as a small bedroom in a pinch. Kitchen is fully stocked but could use a strainer. There are lots of supplies in the closets, beach toys, folding lawn chairs, etc… Patio furniture could use updating, 2 chairs fit a big picnic table. 2 chairs are too tall for the table, 2 plastic loungers and 2 aged wooden loungers that need tossing. We complained about the construction noise & received a discount on the 7 day stay. We will definitely stay again when theres no construction going on.

This lovely corner condo was clean, nicely decorated and spacious with a beautiful view! Ample balcony furniture for all and comfy living room furniture as well! Close to the dog walk which my senior dog appreciates! The only things that need to be addressed would be the crack in the coffee pot and the back room king bed was extremely squeaky. Other than these 2 minor issues this condo is absolutely perfect and I will be booking it again for my next vacation at PCB! 😀

Great stay!

We loved this place and was probably our favorite condo we have rented here! I will say the two back bedrooms were stuffy and we had to run fans in the hall to push air to the back bedrooms. After we figured that out it was fine but I wish we could close our bedroom doors and still have airflow. I loved that the tables were not glass like most places. We have kiddos and that always scares us. This is our favorite condo complex and I hope to stay here again (I just hope they get the air conditioning issue fixed). Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location!

Quiet end of PCB was amazing! Everything about this condo is perfect. Very clean. Pictures very accurate. Loved all the room 1900 sf! Balcony was perfect spot to watch sunset. Lots great places to eat nearby. Absolutely renting again!! New favorite condo.

Clean and nice condo

The place was roomy and clean and right on the beach. I was a little disappointed bc I was so looking forward to relaxing looking at the beach and waves from the balcony but we weren’t told that there was huge construction equipment in our direct view all on the beach and this wasn’t some thing that just apparently happened because I saw signs throughout the building that said it was ongoing since November 2021. Also there was nothing like a sponge to wash dishes, there were no extra garbage bags except for the ones that came in the garbage, and we could not find a dust pan anywhere in the condo. The place was clean and nice though.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful! We were excited to see the blow up mattresses in the closet. They came in handy. We really wish we would have known about PCB Mania We had a little run in with them.

Great condo with amazing views of ocean

We made a last minute trip and found this gem. We had teens and preteen kids with us and they loved the pool and the access to the ocean. It was a spacious place and we could bring our furry family member too. Will book again!

Really nice condo and even better view.

Condo was really nice with a perfect balcony and view of the ocean and beach. Would definantly stay there again. Condo was large enough for 8 people and very nicely decorated.
