The Space:

Welcome to 3 Kingfisher, a spacious and beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, dog-friendly home (cats not permitted), tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac on Fripp Island. This inviting retreat features scenic views from the screened-in back porch, which opens into a comfortable sunroom—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. Note: There is a pet fee for dogs.



Ideally located just minutes from Hannah’s Park, the home offers convenient access to the beach, a playground, a crabbing pier, both golf courses, and some of the island’s best fishing spots. With accommodations for up to 10 guests, 3 Kingfisher is an excellent choice for family vacations, golf getaways, or group retreats.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living area designed for gathering and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances and a large island with seating for four. This space flows seamlessly into a spacious living room, a game area, and a dining area with seating for 8. Walls of windows fill the room with natural light, creating a welcoming place for everyone to come together.



The home’s thoughtfully designed layout provides comfort and privacy for guests. On the left side of the home are 2 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity and a shower-tub combination, and another with a full-size bed located near a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the right side, a king-size bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a built-in vanity, a shower-tub combination, and a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom offers 2 full-size beds and its own ensuite bathroom, making it ideal for multiple guests.



Additional amenities include a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as garage access stocked with beach chairs and beach toys. The garage also features a game room with ping-pong and shuffleboard, providing fun for all ages. After a day of island adventures, guests can rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower.



Note: There is a pet fee for dogs. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.



During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.



Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Getting to Know Fripp Island:

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about 6 and 1/2 square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and 3 and 1/2 miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also home to many whitetail deer and other amazing animals. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

We are demanding a full refund for this reservation due to conditions that rendered the property unsafe, nonfunctional, and not fit for occupancy at the time of arrival.This property should not have been listed without a soft opening. Paying guests were effectively used to discover and correct critical failures.Material Breaches of the Rental Agreement 1. Failure of Access • The provided entry code did not work at arrival (10 PM). • The host was unresponsive. • Entry was only achieved by locating a hidden keybox and self-gaining access. • This constitutes a security and safety breach. 2. Unsafe Conditions • Lower level/game room was filthy and covered in green mold, posing a health and allergy risk. • A smoke alarm activated at 2 AM without cause and continued until removed from the ceiling. • No host response during this safety event. • These issues alone justify full cancellation and refund. 3. Nonfunctional Amenities • All Roku TVs were unactivated and unusable. • Guests were required to register devices using personal accounts. • Internet/router was misconfigured, preventing normal use; resolution required guests to reset and reconfigure equipment. • Guests performed setup and repairs that are the host’s responsibility. 4. Failure to Provide Basic Supplies • Inadequate toilet paper and paper towels for six guests.
