This serene property offers a tremendous living room which is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island or resting by the Pool or Beach. Offers 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds and a Sleeper Sofa,...guests will have an excellent night's sleep.

Condo is Next to the Pickleball Courts, but facing away from the play & sound. Wonderful views of the Resort along with Extra Windows for natural light due to being an End Unit. 3rd Floor gives you peace with no one above you, but please know there is no Elevator in the Building.

KITCHEN: Has everything that you will need for making meals in the Condo. Stainless and Granite. Fridge with Freezer & Ice Maker, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Blender, etc. along with both a Keurig & Drip Pot for Coffee.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: Sleeper Sofa, 3 comfortable Chairs, Table for 4, Games, Smart TV & Office Desk.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: King Bed w/ Pillow Top, Dresser, Bathroom with Tub Shower, Dresser, Blackout Curtains, and Smart TV.

GUEST BEDROOM: 2 Twin Beds, Dresser, Bathroom is outside the room, Smart TV.

SMART TV's:

* Primary Bedroom: Samsung 40"
* Guest Bedroom: Samsung 24"

BEACH GEAR: 3-4 Beach Chairs, Folding Wagon, Umbrella and some Toys. Beach Towels are NOT included.

BEACH ACCESS: 250-300 yards from beach, depending on which access you use.

LAUNDRY: Is located in the back Corner of the Resort next to the Tennis/Pickleball Pro Shop (coin operated)

RENTALS: Bike Rentals are onsite. Beach Chair if extras are needed can be rented from Bike Rental location and/or from Beach Patrol located at the end of the boardwalk.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry (2 pods) & Dishwasher Soap (2 Pods), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 4 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Starter Set of Shampoo and Conditioner in each bathroom. This is the offering for your stay. If you feel you will need more, then I would shop for them before or during your stay.

** Parking / Resort Fee = $35.00 - Goes toward 24/7 Security and the Beautification of the Resort.
1 Pass is included in the booking of the rental. (If more than 1 car, please advise upfront before arrival. 2nd Pass to be paid for through VRBO App)

-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 5 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No Motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-No E-Bikes are allowed past the Security Gate. There is a bike rack for them in by the Bike Rental Area.
-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies
