Comfortable, clean & well equipped 2bd 2bath - overlooking lagoon

Welcome to our charming second-floor condo on HHI! It’s an end unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and coastal décor. What a great way to start your vacation by sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lagoon. You may even catch a glimpse of the alligator that is frequently in the lagoon.

The kitchen has been totally remodeked with new cabinets, appliances, and quartz countertops. It’s well-stocked with all the kitchen essentials, including dishes, glasses, pots, pans, a blender, toaster, and more. You’ll be able to cook a great meal and enjoy eating together at the table that’s large enough to fit the whole group. A small basket of snacks await you and are on the kitchen table.

In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, a large storage ottoman, two side chairs and a TV (all TV’s have a Fire TV Stick). The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, a TV, and lagoon view.

The second bedroom has a full/double bed and a twin bed with a tv that is wall mounted.

When you arrive, you’ll find clean linens on all the beds, including sheets for the pull-out sleeper sofa. There are also sets of towels, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, as well as dishcloths, dish detergent, dishwasher liquid, and a roll of paper towels to get you started in the kitchen.

I believe our resort has the best section of beach on the whole island and the resort offers everything you need for a great vacation. There is beach access, pools, barbeque/grilling areas, courts for tennis and pickleball, a playground for the kids, bike rentals, and a fitness center. We also have a sports bar with great food, a great gluten-fee pizza and it also has outside seating that overlooks a lagoon. Inside are two pool tables also resort has trivia night and a music bingo night for those who love to play games


Beginning in mid June to the second week in August the resort has activities to keep your children busy from Dive-In movie night on Mondays, to hair braiding, to DJ Thursdays. Fun for everyone.

During the summer, shore services rent chairs and umbrellas if you want to just relax on the beach.

Washing machines and dryers are conveniently located near the fitness center at the resort. Machines are operated on CleanPay Mobile app which can be downloaded on your phone or you can purchase a CleanPay card at the laundry room by the Fitness center.

If you don’t feel like cooking—no problem! There are onsite restaurants and plenty of options nearby. There is also several grilling areas at the resort. The island is a foodie’s paradise with over 200 restaurants. We’ve got some of the best restaurants around, and most of them are super casual. In addition to dining, the island has a ton of fun activities to keep you entertained. From kayaking, outdoor concerts, shopping, horseback riding, golf, and mini-golf, there is something to do for everyone.
