The property was very clean and check in was seamless. We loved the location as we were able to get everywhere in Paris in 20min or less. The space was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was prefect! Kitchen had all the basic necessities including most spices. Groceries available from multiple locations all within an easy walk. Very comfortable bed! Very close to a main metro station making it easy to get around the city. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

A beautiful well equipped designer apartment in a great location. The Metro is located at the end of the street which will open up Paris.But, locally there are so many great bars, bistro's, food shops and amazing local people.

Nice little apartment in the 14th district of Paris.Very clean and nice kitchen and bedroom facilities. Extremely tiny bathroom!Easy to communicate with the host.Beware 3 flights of stairs to the apartment, may not be suitable for elderly travelers.Also not too close to the tourist areas. Need 1 to 2 metro changes to get to these areas. I would say this is a good place for young people rather than families.

Wow, wow, wow!! This was an absolutely perfect Paris apartment. From check in to departure, this was a wonderful stay. The apartment is sunny, quiet, clean and cozy. The decor was amazing. It had a spacious living space, stocked kitchen and beautiful bathroom. It is so easy to walk to a little local park across the street or a corner cafe. We went to the Monoprix which took about 15 minutes to walk to, and all along the way were wonderful boulangeries, patisseries, fruit sellers, coffee shops, etc. The area is lively, but the apartment is so quiet at night. Easy access to the Pernety metro stop which connects to everything. Many stairs up a spiral staircase, so if you have mobility issues, this would be a problem for you. My hubby and I are in our 60s and had not trouble, but know your limits. The bathroom is super tiny, if you are a larger person, you would have difficulty, but we found the tiny bathroom highly well-designed and the shower marvelous. We so loved this apartment! Thank you so very much for hosting us!

Cute little apartment with well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Easy, helpful communication with the host (even for dumb questions like how to open the dryer door, LOL). Within a couple of blocks of fun shops and restaurants (although the immediate street is not overly welcoming). Easy access to metro and train. A few words of caution- there are many steps to get up the the apartment; don't stay here if you have mobility issues. While it is close to public transportation, it is not easily accessible by foot to the primary sights of Paris- several km walk to the Eiffel Tower, etc, but we knew that when we booked. Also, the bathroom is TINY- if you are tall you will need to put your legs out the bathroom door to sit on the toilet. Overall, it is a nice place to stay for 2 people (3 if you don't mind close quarters), especially if you are young-ish and somewhat savvy with public transportation.

The perfect spot for seeing Paris

Great little place!

This was perfect for my daughter and I! The apartment had all that we needed like a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and more. Comfy bed! Loved the central location, so close to the metro and shops/restaurants within walking minutes of your door. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent apartment in a very good place to explore Paris

Comfortable apartment in great area. Easy access to metro but not far to walk to great venues too. Easy walk from Montparnasse station. Good local food shops, cafes and restauraunts. Hosts and manager helpful and easy to contact.

Great location lovely property

Only thing I would say is it’s compact. That’s not a negative just a statement. Great apartment, great location for sightseeing Paris. Close to metro and plenty of food/shops. Great decor as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat (just me and the wife though)
