Be the first to discover this gem! Enjoy this 2 bedroom rustic cabin with 2 bed bunkhouse sleeps a total of 8. Your private beach is steps away from the front porch. Bear Lake is an 1800 acre All-Sports Lake. The property has a lot of woods in the back yard, so be prepared to spot different species of wildlife while you enjoy the lake on the front side of the house! There is a fire pit next to the lake. The lake/private beach sits across the road from the cabin. There are also several public beaches and boat launches around the lake. You are within 15 minutes to Crystal Mountain Spa and Resort, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course and the Little River Casino. Discounts available if booked for more than 7 days. Bear Lake is about 15 miles to Little River Casino in Manistee, the Manistee Airport and Mejier (Super home and grocery store), 10 miles to Crystal Mountain Ski Resort and about 45 minutes to Traverse City. Golfing options nearby. There is a discount if you choose not to use the separate bunkhouse or if you book more than 7 days. Inquire to Anew Management Co if interested.

1. Please don’t smoke on this property. No cigarettes, weed, vapes, tobacco chew or cigars in either house.
2. No fireworks on the property
3. Please refrain from lighting candles in the house(s).
4. Check in is 4pm (unless otherwise arranged with the host)
5. Check out is 11am (unless otherwise arranged with the host)
6. When checking out, it would be helpful to place all dirty towels and washcloths in the laundry basket. You may leave the sheets and bed linens on the beds.
7. Your garbage can be placed in one of two bins behind the house. EVERYTHING MUST BE BAGGED
8. No dogs.
9. There is a small charcoal grill that can be used, but please move it more than 12' away from the house when using.
10. The maximum limit is 12 people in the main cottage at any time and after 11pm, only the registered guests (max of 5) can be in the house for the night and only the registered guests (max of 3) in the bunkhouse.
BEWARE: If you use the washing machine, please know that Bear Lake well water has minerals in it that do not react well with sun tan lotion.
