West coast style meets the Atlantic in this renovated ('22, '23) second floor condo on a quiet street, just half a block from the bustling shopping, dining, and nightlife of Rehoboth Avenue, and just 4 blocks from the beach. Modern comfort features include quiet central air conditioning, 75" 4K streaming TV, fully equipped kitchen, and custom closets. Includes use of 2 cruiser bikes, 1 reserved on-site parking spot, and 1 pass for non-metered street parking in town. In a 1970s building, this 2nd floor condo has been renovated with modern conveniences and high end finishes, wrapped in a light airy design with minimalist decor.

Newly renovated in 2022 and 2023, including new refrigerator, counters, dishwasher, TV and music system, all new furniture, mattresses, and bedding. New in-ceiling air conditioning with individual thermostats for each room, and new ceiling fans. New cutting boards, coffee maker, and other kitchen accessories. New beach chairs, umbrella, hammock, deck furniture, and other outdoor accessories. Two maintained belt-drive beach cruiser bicycles with cargo baskets, lights, locks, and helmets.

The location is in the very center of downtown Rehoboth Beach. Within 4 blocks, you can walk or bicycle to the ocean, dozens of restaurants and bars, Grove Park and the Rehoboth Farmer's Market (Tuesdays), West Side Creative Market (Mondays and Fridays in season), and everything Rehoboth has to offer without having to deal with your car, traffic, or parking.

Like most other vacation rental homes in the region, linens are NOT included by default because there is not enough time or laundry capacity in the area for cleaning crews to turn over all the laundry, so the system relies on most visitors bringing their own. And some people prefer their own. The beds do have pillows, bedspreads, and blankets, and we do include a fresh bathmat.

Note that the 2nd bedroom has two narrow twin beds that can optionally be combined into a Queen with appropriate mattress topper and quilt with advance notice.
