The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and large patio with BBQ are perfect for your vacation vibe. We even provide beach chairs, towels, and an icebox for your adventures!

This 850 sqft condo has everything you need for comfort and convenience. The living room features a cozy sofa with chaise, a TV with an HDMI cable, and board games, while the dining table seats 4. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials—electric stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster, full-size fridge, and more. Plus, there's an in-unit washer/dryer with laundry detergent for your convenience.

Enjoy the outdoor patio with comfy seating, BBQ grill, and shade under a palm tree. The bedroom is outfitted with a California King bed, a wardrobe, extra blankets, and even a drying rack. Need to work remotely? The desk and office chair are perfect for staying productive.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire condo, private backyard, and outdoor areas, including the community pool and hot tub. Self check-in is easy with a code we’ll send to you before arrival. Parking is currently only available on the street due to garage reconstruction, but please note that there is no noise or disruption from the construction.

Other Things to Note:
- Our place is located on a busy street, so it's not the quietest spot—but you'll love the walkable location to La Jolla Shores and Cove. We provide earplugs to help ensure a restful stay, should you need them.
- While there’s no door separating the bedroom from the living room, we provide a room divider in the hallway to give you added privacy.
- No AC, but the cool ocean breeze keeps things comfortable! We provide a fan, and there’s radiant heat and a space heater for cooler evenings.
- No parties or loud noise after 10pm—please be mindful of the neighbors!
- No smoking inside allowed.
