The space
Welcome to 'Castawaves'!
With dedicated beach access, you’re just a short walk or LSV ride away from the deeded beach access point, making it easy to enjoy the best of Seagrove Beach without the crowds!
Walking through the front door, you're greeted by a spacious and open-concept living area filled with natural light and featuring a fireplace! This area flows seamlessly into the dining area and the chef’s kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, includes a stunning quartz island and a modern backsplash. There is also a charming nook under the staircase that provides a cozy space for kids or pets to relax, making every inch of this home feel purposeful and inviting.
The first floor also features one of two master bedrooms, complete with a King bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs, the second master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a King bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The two additional bedrooms on this floor—both with a Queen bed, one with its own en-suite bathroom and the other with a shared hallway bathroom. Lastly, the custom-built bunk room is a fun and unique room, designed to sleep four comfortably with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks. The laundry room is also located on the second floor for added convenience.
Outside, the expansive backyard is the ideal space for entertaining, with a private heated pool, cozy sitting area, fire table, and a huge yard space with ample room for outdoor play. Whether you’re enjoying a lively game of cornhole or unwinding in the evening by the pool, this home makes it easy for relaxation and entertainment.
This home truly has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!

There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway!
Other things to note
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV is not to be driven past the town of WaterColor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, hot tub, pool, fire pit or other amenities provided to guests.
