⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We only had time for a quick weekend visit and very happy we found this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the beach. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The entire condo was decorated nicely and we had space to spread out. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and listening to the waves. We cooked every meal in house. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils and cookwear. The condo has been renovated and has all new decor. With the expansive balcony you will have the perfect spot for morning coffee or reading a book, as you breathe in the amazing Emerald coast water and watch the waves as they roll in. You can have the best of both worlds with our expansive beach and only one mile to shopping, restaurants, and other specialty stores. Owner provides 2 beach chair and 1 umbrella setup with each rental, as well as new amenities including coffee pods, beach towels, additional chairs/umbrella, and more!

Upon entering the condo, you will find a kitchen, living room, laundry room, with king size master bedroom and ensuite. The living area has 2 sliding doors that open up to a spacious balcony overlooking the gorgeous green and blue waters of the Emerald Coast. You can sit on the balcony or in the living room for hours and watch the waves roll in. Downstairs also features a well-equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful white cabinets and a tiled backsplash as well as laundry room with new washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the amenities of home including a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, blender, and toaster, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.

The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook a meal and they even provided beach towels. The property itself was lovely and not too crowded. The hall closet downstairs supplies beach chairs and umbrella, though we also provide 1 beach setup for your use (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up each day by Burkes Beach Service). Upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms are locked and not available for use when booking the 1 bed/1 bath option.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community that provides comfort, security and stunning views of the quiet west end. Walk or bike to several restaurants and shops, located within Carillon Beach, or just on the outskirts. Turn right and travel minutes to Pier Park which offers restaurants, shops, and one of the longest piers located of the Gulf of Mexico. Turn left to cross the bridge over Lake Powell towards scenic 30A, which also offers shops restaurants and coastal views.

Sit back and relax on the beach, enjoy some fishing on Lake Powell, Florida's largest coastal dune lake, or enjoy a swim in our partially-covered pool during the hot summer days or, it is heated when it's cooler during the fall and winter. Nowhere else will you find a resort on the beach and a lake on 26 acres of sand. Pinnacle Port also offers a peaceful lakeside gazebo and a free boat launch. Boat parking is allowed with advance notice, and there is also a fish cleaning station.

Pinnacle Port is full of wonderful amenities, and you won't even need to leave the property! There are 2 swimming pools. One is heated seasonally and partially covered for those days you have had too much sun. Also included are 4 newly surfaced tennis courts, 2 saunas, outdoor grills, a large children's play area, basketball court, bocce ball, horseshoes, beach volleyball, shuffle board, and a snack and sundries store. To the west is 1 mile of unspoiled beach as you walk right into Camp Helen State Park. Kayak and Canoes can be rented right next door at Camp Helen State Park. Paddle boards and beach chair/umbrella rentals are also available in season. Or bring your own boards or kayaks and launch in the ocean or Lake Powell. Prefer to swim? Be adventurous and cross the inlet to Inlet Beach. Whatever your outdoor preference, Ocean’s Edge is the primo beginning and ending point!

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY

This unit sleeps up to 2 people.

NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed, even on the unit’s balcony area.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and/or unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of any of the resort's amenities.

Pet Policy: Guests may not bring pets to Pinnacle Port - No exceptions.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
