Wonderful

We highly recommend this home. Location is great. Super clean, beds are really comfortable. This is the cutest decorated house I've ever stayed at.

Philadelphia area rental registration number 362185. Property was not what was listed. Was supposed to be a “spacious and stylish 3 BR”. It was not. Only 2 BR and 1 bath. No living area, only a hallway, bedrooms with a small desk and chair. An air mattress but no sheets. Only 2 towels (we had 4 guests), one of which was obviously used (was damp) and left lying across the desk in one bedroom. Had to find a store to purchase towels and bedding for the air mattress. The youngest in our group slept in the hallway. Attempted multiple times to reach the owner; phone number not in service. Contacted the other 2 co owners. One said they only clean and do maintenance. The other asked who I was. When I replied and explained why I was calling, I was ghosted. I contacted the support staff of vrbo, I sent them photos and a video of what we had. Pictures on the site did not match the description. The rental is no longer listed on vrbo. Support staff told me they reached out to the owner who finally contacted them and would reach out to me within the next few hours. I called support at vrbo to advise I had not yet heard from the owner. Spoke to a supervisor. Spent well over 2 hrs on phone with them or on hold. Our rental was from Thursday June 5 through Sunday June 8. I still have not heard from the owner. To say I am disappointed and very unsatisfied is putting it mildly. This rental was clearly not what was represented to us, nor what we paid for.
