¿Por qué venir a Maui y no mirar el océano desde su unidad? ¡Este condominio de una habitación en el edificio G (G-104) es su paraíso! Más de 20 'de ancho de sala de estar, 1039 pies cuadrados 2 baños, amplio dormitorio principal con un conjunto de dormitorio king. La espaciosa sala de estar / comedor / cocina incluye un televisor de pantalla plana grande ajustable (incluso se puede ver desde la terraza), una cama queen, ventiladores de techo y escritorio (internet gratis y una impresora). El dormitorio principal también es bastante espacioso con otro televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, y un patio para relajarse, colgar la ropa mojada, almacenar juguetes, etc. Acabamos de agregar dos bicicletas para su uso.

Observe la puesta de sol y el salto de las ballenas mientras cena en nuestro lanai de azulejos. Si el sol es demasiado brillante, cierre el toldo eléctrico.

Maui Kamaole está entre Wailea y Kihei; Las playas y el snorkel están a un corto paseo cuesta abajo. El complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas (una con cascada), bañeras de hidromasaje y canchas de tenis. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesitará, y la lavadora y secadora apilables funcionan muy bien. Los ventiladores de techo y el aire acondicionado ayudarán a todos a sentirse cómodos.

Really enjoyed our stay great place and location for a great value and many benefits. View was amazing and the unit was clean and family friendly. Even with the road nearby it was quiet and enjoyable. Great mornings watching the moon set and evening eating dinner and watching the sunset. The host was quick to respond and resolve an issue with infant accommodations. Only downside would be that the A/C units do struggle to cool down the unit, mostly ended up using fans to pull air through the condo which is a little warmer than we had hoped but matches the beach vibes.

Ground floor fun

We had a lovely vacation in this unit. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay in this unit again. The owner also gave us ideas for places to go on the island.

It was great. Only constructive criticism: there wasn’t a cutting board, I looked all over. Made cutting the pineapple a little difficult. Also, would suggest a luggage rack or two.

A wonderful place to stay in the south Kihei area, great views and quick access to the beach. The places was clean and spacious, the two of us were plenty comfy for the week. Close to lots of great food and easy access to the rest of the island.

Wonderful stay

We had a love stay here. It had everything we needed. The beach equipment and toys were a nice touch. We have two littles so having a crib was a huge help and we were able to let them play on the lanai.

Wonderful stay!

My wife and I had a great stay with our infant. The property had ample space and amazing ocean views. We could see the sunset from the patio. Everything was as advertised. Alice was incredibly helpful and responsive, she went out of her way to make our stay memorable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Most excellent place

Great location , ideal for what we wanted . Very spacious and clean . Although we only made breakfast some mornings , I was really impressed with the quality of the kitchen utensils , so clean and new , something we have never seen in other VRBO properties . The owner really takes care of this place . Overall everything was perfect .

Fabulous Condo

Everything was great, the daybed in the living room was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is incredible! We had an incredible week staying here, I’d definitely book with Alice again, hopefully soon.

Fantastic location, great for families

Staying at Alice’s place was amazing, the location couldn’t be beat! We travelled here with our 16 month old, so we wanted a place that would be enjoyable during nap and bedtime, and this was it! Ground level access was great for our son to run around on the lawn, and it was amazing being able to watch whales splashing around and the beautiful sunsets from our lanai. We were able to walk to all the beaches close by, as well as to our favourite sandwich shop, 808 Deli. Alice has plenty of beach gear including chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys, fins, snorkels, beach towels and more! The kitchen is also well stocked. Alice was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, but also respected our privacy while there. We certainly plan on returning as soon as we can! Thanks Alice!

Fantastic View

We enjoyed our stay in Alice's condo very much. The view was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying that view. Communication with the owner was enjoyable. We don't have any issues to report; it was a great vacation and we hope we can stay again in this same unit someday.

Perfect South Maui rental

If you need a place for 1 to 4 people in South Maui, then skip this review and just book Alice's condo. It has everything you need. PROS 1- Great location. 5 min to golf, shopping and nightlife. 2 min walk to the oceanside park, and 5 min walk to the beach 2- Parking right by front door 3- Fabulous views from the lanai. Alice's pics don't do it justice 4- Condo loaded with almost every amenity you could think of: beach chairs, coolers, koozies, and a turbo powered box fan 5- Bookshelf loaded with 3 or 4 rows of books, and a drawer with puzzles and board games 6- Extra large map of Maui came in handy 7- Secluded front porch for drying swimsuits and rinsing off sand from places it shouldn't be 8- Washer and dryer were really handy. 9- Adequate AC (rarely needed) CONS 1- We did have a noisy family stay in above us for a few days. We could occasionally hear them stomping, but it never impacted our sleep 2- The condo assoc has a lot of rules. Some make sense, while others seem odd, like no pickle ball on the tennis courts. 3- On two nights, we had someone park in our spot. Security wrote them a warning on the second night and that ended the issue I leave cons in every review. As you can see, these are really minor. We are definitely going to book Alice's condo if we stay in Maui again. Suggestions: 1- A few more modern games would be nice, like "Just One" 2- A pad of paper and a pen to take notes and make a grocery list. Easily acquired at the store though.

I had always stayed on the west side, but decided to keep our trip after the fire and chose Kihei. This condo was great. Amazing view. Close to beaches, places to eat and shop. Pools were beautiful. Condo very well stocked and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Maui 2023 trip

Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. Spacious unit and well equipped (beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc.). Did not get to use the bikes (I usually take a 6 mile walk daily), but the opportunity to use a bicycle was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Also, Alice (the owner) was quick to respond to any issue we had during our stay. Great experience!!

My husband and I looked for 4 years to find our perfect place in the islands and believe this is it! He was able to enjoy it with me until he passed away in 2020. I have owned here since 2013. I know you'll love our place too.

In addition to the ocean views, we found this low rise complex blends beautifully with the wonderfully landscaped grounds and fits our laid back lifestyle while we are on Maui. Being close to great swimming beaches and snorkeling with the turtles, restaurants, and shopping were also an important part of choosing this condo.
