Bienvenido a la remodelada y espaciosa Shoreline Towers 2096. Esta unidad del frente del golfo se encuentra en el noveno piso de la Torre Dos y tiene increíbles vistas del amanecer y del atardecer. El salón cuenta con muebles de cuero y tonos solares para maximizar las vistas panorámicas. Sala de estar tiene una pantalla plana de 55 "y reproductor de DVD para ver el disfrute. Cocina abierta tiene contadores blancos todas las comodidades del hogar. El diseño de cocina abierta le permite disfrutar de las vistas si usted en la cocina haciendo el desayuno o azotando la cena.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King, dos camas llenas en el primer dormitorio de invitados con dos camas completas en el segundo huésped. Wi-Fi gratis.

Hay una silla de playa / servicio de alquiler de paraguas o su conveniencia. Disfrute de la hermosa playa porque el tiempo no se mueve hora a hora, pero momento a momento. Venga y capture algunos de esos momentos especiales.

Great stay, but problem with TV. Too many remotes and loss of picture resulting in having to reset system. Also, someone needs to contact us. Some of our party sat on a glass-top table and broke it. We need to arrange to pay for the repair. Thanks

Looks like a washing machine is soon to be installed which will be a plus. Hoping some other upgrades are to come like replacing the carpets with tile? Or newer carpet? Would also be amazing to put blinds in the street view bedrooms that would block the parking lot lights. Those bedrooms are so bright all night long.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Shoreline Towers for about 25 years, we love it there but this year was very hard with the construction, cement dust everywhere, only 1 working elevator and having to share with the workers all day long. We look forward to the construction being finished Low rating below is only because of the construction. The unit we stayed in was 5 stars (except for the lack of laundry facilities)

2021 vacation/50th bday

Our first time in Destin was a great experience! First off, the condo was inviting, bright and very roomy for the 5 of us that stayed here. Bathrooms are spacious:) . Laundry facility on floor was very convenient. View was of course fantastic. Located near shopping centers, restaurants that we’re walking distance even. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We reported issue w outlet in dinner room and base of kitchen faucet ( that appeared to be loose and before we got there) and we didn’t get a second key to condo at check in but they were very helpful in resolving and hearing out minor concern. Gave 4 star based on Carpets in rooms could use a good cleaning or replacement but over all very nice and inviting! We would recommend this unit and look forward to visiting again soon :)

Construction that was going on was very disruptive to our vacation. Access to buildings was limited. Was very disappointed as construction was described as minor but it was major.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the condo are absolutely stunning. Unfortunately that is the only thing stunning about this unit. The ad says recently renovated but the only thing renovated in who knows how long is the master shower, not the master bathroom, just the shower. No washer and dryer in unit and the ones one the floor don’t work. Mold around the windows, cracks in Sheetrock, tv’s that don’t work, ice machine in fridge doesn’t dispense ice, missing glass in fans, fans that bank and clang when on, mirror wall held together with tape, wall outlets not connected to wall and built in microwave that doesn’t work. This unit could be amazing and worth every penny if the owner would take some pride and invest in a proper renovation. Or maybe just be honest in the description and say this is a dated unit with a great view.

Our view was Amazing!! The condo fit our needs perfectly. My only concern is we had to stay a night in a hotel because the Condo needed to be deep cleaned due to Corona - Well, that was a joke - there was cereal on the floor, face/hand prints on the glass, food under the dinning rm table. Very Very disappointed in this. It makes sense tho, the cleaning ladies were probably the rudest ppl you could meet, gave dirty looks to you as you passed them and completely unprofessional. There are too many ppl needing jobs today to keep ppl like this on - who don't do their job properly. This is the only flaw with Shoreline towers and I am not the only one reporting it -but it does seem as they never do anything about it. Other than that, the other staff were wonderful. Ashley in the office is Wonderful! She was a pleasure to deal with. I do have 1 suggestion - Shoreline towers should get a Tiki Bar/Grill. I really missed not having that while enjoying a day on the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the condo were as pictured - stunning. The condo was well equipped with the exception of no washer and dryer which forced us to use the common area, which was infested with rats. There were rat droppings all over the floor and in one of the washers. They had obviously been there for some time. I passed it on to the onsite management office and although they may have addressed it, they never responded back to me. The listing didn’t specifically state the condo had a washer/dryer, we just assumed it did because the other condos we stayed in previously had them.The beach and water were beautiful, however, the property was also the busiest in that part of Destin in Aug 2020. This was also the first time we visited where you were not allowed to bring a personal umbrella or cabana down to the beach, which would have been nice to know before we departed from Texas. One umbrella was included in the cost of the condo, however, that was inadequate for six people. There was also little spacing between umbrella set ups (at the height of COVID at the time). The umbrella attendants were kind enough to space ours out separate from the rest which was greatly appreciated.This was our fourth time staying, however, we will likely be looking at other properties in the future.

I have stayed with Shoreline Towers before and I do like them however, I don’t think it’s fair to pay the same price for a unit without a washer/dryer and smaller balcony that doesn’t have access from the master as a unit that does. Especially one that is older and outdated. When I come back to Destin, I will most likely go back to Shoreline Towers, I will just be VERY careful with picking my unit.

We have friends there to see each year as we return. A SPECIAL blessing is the staff. Dont know all names but special kukos to Sharon, Ashley, Chuck, Robin. We feel we have made speciall friends with them and look forward to seeing them later this year. Plannng to be there for many years to come—like a second home.

Enjoy The View! The best views in this complex!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, but just a few things to consider. This unit is on the 9th floor and there is no washer or dryer. There were supposed to be coin operated washers and dryers on each floor so we thought ok...we would deal with it. The 9th floor washer was out of order...we started to walk down from floor to floor and either they had signs "out of order" were removed or unplugged...we continued down all the way to the 3rd floor before we found one that worked... very inconvenient. We originally found the carpets had stains, but Shoreline Towers had them cleaned and improved immensely! This condo has the best views in our opinion. Great beds, even though the unit has not been redone for some time, it has a sweet beachy feeling. I would suggest to the owners make repairs to the ceilings. The beach feeling is really nice however! Please consider a washer and dryer but we really love this place!
