Well kept property. The pool was in back of the towers instead of between tower and beach, so it was a long walk.

Getaway at Shoreline Towers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a really good experience for us. Although we were told the construction/remodel was completed in Tower 1 (where we stayed), it was not and there was plastic over most of the windows in the main living area - which impeded the really nice views of the ocean. We loved how close it was to the beach. We enjoyed the unit and it was just the right size for our party. We are used to taking a pop up tent to the beach and found that this location did not allow that. We made due without it. Slight issue with washer in this unit. Slight issue with drainage in the tub, but it got fixed. Overall it was nice and we will consider it in the future.

Condo in Destin Florida

I would never recommend this condo. The resort was great but out condo was not. The dryer didn’t work, the air conditioning for kitchen living area broke and didn’t get replaced for 6 days. The owner only gave us a credit for 1 days rent. The water drained slow and furniture was uncomfortable!

It is in need of a little TLC but overall we enjoyed our stay. The construction at the complex was worse than we had expected, I would not stay again until the construction was over. The staff in the SLT office is the best and great to work with.

Reviewer Comments: Since the building was being renovated, which meant we had noise from 8-5 daily, 6 times a week, I can't say we had a wonderful month. Plus, our condo was changed because of the renovation. The condo we received was comfortable and nicely furnished, but no balcony.

Nice condo. Plenty of room. Could use appliance update.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. Appliances could be update but everything worked. Did have an issue with plumbing but maintenance corrected it quickly. Love the easy access to the beach and pool

Appliances Not Working

The location of this condo is great.....that’s the good. Now the bad is: - The A/C only works in the living/ kitchen, but in the bedrooms it doesn’t work period. I called maintenance and they never sent anyone to look at it - The appliances all are out dated. I own a few rentals properties and one thing I know is replacing appliances is cheap so only a bad landlord would not update them. - The stove didn’t work correct. We tried to use the stove top and it didn’t heat up properly also the oven didn’t heat up properly either.

The condo was just as advertised and the management was excellent. The check in was smooth, instructions were clear and the communication with the management office was easy. We had no issues with the condo. The location was excellent. We loved being right on the beach where we could come and go from the condo as needed. I would highly recommend this condo and we would happily stay here again.

We were to to celebrate a Big Birthday!! And loved our placed listed a few minor problems.

Renting on line hasbone price and calling directly has another price. Also perhaps the building may get a power wash outside to remove the green algae. Fix the door screens and doors in our unit. Over all the comfort of home was truly welcome !!!😊

Wonderful location!

Condo was really nice and loved the extra space. Right on the beach, plenty of parking and close to the grocery and restaurants. Only downside is the beach is leased so costly to purchase chairs and umbrella. Only small area to set up your own stuff. Otherwise awesome property.

Great Location, Family Friendly

The property was spacious, well-designed, and in a great location! The large windows are stunning, though there is hardly an ocean view. All of the natural light is beautiful. There were a few minor things: The tub in the general (not master) bathroom did not drain well, the bedroom carpet floors were a bit dirty, and the sheets were pretty low quality/scratchy; none of this (all of which can easily be addressed) bothered me but did a couple family members. Nevertheless, the property manager was incredibly helpful from beginning to end; check-in was ready early, provided the correct wifi password, and were friendly overall. I would (and have) recommended this specific condo to friends and family! Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon! Sincerely, Lauren Hogan

Beach was wonderful. Condo was nice. AC was good

All was good. Only 2 items, clothes dryer did not work, called office on Monday evening after 4pm, they said would have checked out never heard back, dryer still not working when we left Saturday. Could not get on WiFi, called housekeeping and they said try another room number and it worked fine. These 2 were minor to me, we used dryer in hall. All in all Condo was good and we had wonderful time, would recommend to others, access to beach was wonderful, and beach was great. Had a wonderful time with family.

So polite, professional and accommodating. The location was fairly clean, but time for a good spring cleaning. grout on the floor was very dirty in high most of the areas. Plenty of silverware, pots, pans, dishes. I can't say enough good about the staff there! Quick walk to the beach/ocean. Close to great restaurants, jet ski rental, shopping, etc.

There were 4 wheel baggage carts available for us to transport our luggage to the 5th floor. The apartment was very spacious; however, it did lack a balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

It wasnt a hassle at all taking our stuff to the beach as we thought it might be. The condo itself is decorated nicely and has everything we needed. We felt right at home and had so much room to just spread out and do our own things as well as together things. Also, the first time we stayed in Destin and the beach was truly beautiful. I will rent this condo again.
