Fantastic shopping only 5 min away. 2 free parking spots outside the door. King Bed in room 1 and a queen with twin bunks in room 2. In unit washer & dryer, AC, fast WIFI, cable, & stocked kitchen.

-Main Property Details - You will have full access to our townhome with two parking spaces right outside the front door. We have a google nest doorbell which records when it senses motion (it shows with a green light) for security. You are just steps away from the main pool and there is a shower to rinse off your feet on the left side of the clubhouse (just go past the mailboxes). There is a quaint little patio to sit at outside the front door.

Beach Gear - Cooler, two beach umbrellas, big sand towel 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, sand toys, volleyball, and a bluetooth speaker, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach 4 minutes away!

Kids Gear - Pack n Play and child gate available upon request, high chair, kids toys, outlet covers for a relaxing stay with the kids.
- We offer background checked babysitters for a discount endorsed by a reputable care company.

We include two towels per guest per stay. We include starter amounts of complimentary coffee, creamer, two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, hand soap, dishsoap, two dishwasher tablets, one laundry soap packet and sanitized and cleaned refillable body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles (thanks for helping us ditch the one time use bottles to reduce waste and help our unit stay green!)



Living Room
As you walk into the unit you will be greeted with

- Soundbar for a home theater experience.

The dining table seats six and there are two stools at the breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee.

A half bathroom is downstairs for your convenience next to the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances (except the dishwasher. It cleans well. So kept it and the black matches :) )
- A blender and toaster
- Coffee maker that makes Keurig pods or grounds with cleaned and sanitized reusable filters and a milk frother to make a cappuccino from your favorite cup of joe
- Standard plates and silverware
- cooking essentials like pots and pans and cooking utensils.
- You are staying at the sweet spot after all so we encourage you to try our ice cream machine, snow cone machine, waffle maker or freeze your favorite beverage as a popsicle (We don't include the ingredients as everyone has their favorite flavor or recipe but we can send you our favorite recipes!)

The washer and dryer are private, located in the closet in the kitchen. The drying rack over the washer and dryer is great for hanging your wet suits after a day at the beach.

Back Patio
Behind the kitchen is your semi-private patio with BBQ grill and sofa great for burgers or steak after a long day at the beach.

Upstairs Bedroom 1

- For extra storage you have access to the main closet in this room
- A dedicated bathroom for this bedroom
- An outside balcony is perfect for your night wine or morning coffee
- Bedroom has a beautiful skylight which lets in abundant natural light but it is not right over the bed so it won't shine in your face in the morning.
