1. Maximum Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. The garage bays are not available for parking. The driveway has parking for up to 6 cars. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
4. The main gated entry must be left open in the winter months for snow removal.
4. The second front entry is not accessible in the winter months due to snowfall.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
