The Space:

This Cozy Lake Tahoe Vacation Cabin has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is nestled in the woods of Agate Bay, arguably the best neighborhood in North Lake Tahoe! Agate Bay is centrally located to all ski resorts, stores and restaurants. Stateline casinos are only a five-minute drive. In the summertime you can hike, bike or have a day at the beach. Dog-friendly Patton Beach is a short walk and many trails leading to the Tahoe Rim Trail are nearby. Relax on the deck furniture and enjoy the Sierra sun!



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only).



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
