This gentleman did not smile once from the time he arrived. They were told repeatedly they could have fresh linens any day, just put them out, they didn't. The satellite company had to send a tech with a new receiver, it took two days, and they got a DVR in the bargain.When the TV had problems, he told me he would get a lawyer and shut me done. They were a nice couple,and I hope to see them again. Parking is limited pretty much everywhere on the island, but I do offer an alternative,it just isn't right next to the door. And there is no central air, but most guests do well with what is there. However, everybody here misses the shade we lost in the storms last year and can't wait for it to grow back.

This family was a pleasure to host. I only got to visit with the son while they were here, but I found him to be one of the most well-mannered, polite and interesting young men that I have ever met, and I sincerely hope they make it back for another visit, because I would love to have a chance to visit more. Again, I am always happy when people are able to enjoy their time while they are here. How to put this... . my units are not condos, they are small, clean, ground-floor ( a disappearing breed) "old Florida" apartments. I actually used to have floral couches with matching easy chairs, and got rid of them. No hide-a -beds, no recliners, just comfortable, clean furniture and what you would need to enjoy a stay at the beach. I am not a resort, and I don't expect people to come just to enjoy my place, although I have a lot of every year repeat guests. I just want people to be comfortable here while they are doing all the things that this area offers, kayaking under the mangroves, riding horses in the surf, parasailing, snorkeling, fishing of every description, and of course the beach just across the street. For those, unfortunate, times when mother nature rains on the parade for a day or two, I try to make sure there are some games and reading material for anyone too sweet to venture out in the wet, but, by and large, I feel I am doing my best for my guests, when they are rested and happy and able to get out there and enjoy themselves. Glad another guest met that goal.

Thank you, I do hope you come back. Most of the people I have met here have made me happy to do what I do, and it is a pleasure to help them enjoy their time away from home.

These were very nice people who were kind enough to ignore my being over-whelmed Christmas Eve getting them checked in. ( that would be their comment about the "odd check-in") It had been a very hectic day, with just too much to do, and too little time. They were polite guests, who seemed to want to explore the island, and have a good time.
