Esta residencia privada se encuentra en su propio lote y es la escapada perfecta. ¿Busca una cabaña tranquila en una isla lejos de lugares turísticos y bares ruidosos? Un corto paseo a las playas de arena blanca de Anna Maria Island o Bay. Soy un entusiasta y chef, por lo que esta cocina tiene todo y sus utensilios de cocina de buena calidad. Súbase al tranvía gratuito y disfrute de una cena y bebidas en cualquiera de los restaurantes galardonados de la isla. ¡Haga de esta su isla su hogar lejos del hogar y r-e-l-a-x! Camine a la playa todos los días y disfrute del sol y las increíbles puestas de sol.

Tenga en cuenta: no ofrezco a nadie que cancele alquileres de temporada alta. Solo toma demasiado tiempo tratar de hacer malabarismos con las cancelaciones de último minuto. It’s in a great location and very close to the beach. The bikes were a great addition to our stay and made things a lot easier to get around and great exercise. The pier is just a short trip down the road too for fishing and you don’t need a permit. There was plenty to do during our stay just not enough time. Chris’s was very accommodating with us and his place had everything you need to make our stay a great time. We will definitely look for his place again on our annual trip to Anna Marie Island.

A great little cottage

The cottage was the perfect place to stay. It was within walking distance to the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host has made it comfortable and Homey. Bradington Beach is a beautiful area. I would heartily recommend people to come stay.

Chris was timely in his responses and provided good feedback to our inquiries. Thank you Chris! We very much enjoyed the location and were able to walk our dogs around the quiet neighborhood multiple times a day. The amenities are as advertised and the cottage was very clean, but it is aging and not weather tight. Became chilly when temperatures dropped even with the furnace running.The Anna Maria Island was enjoyable. We found three food must visit. The Kokonut Hut, The Rod and Reel and Vinnie’s Italian Kitchen. Highly recommend all!

Great little cottage!

Comfy, cozy cottage that’s very close to the gulf and the bay. It sits on a residential street with very little traffic. Nice bar/shed in the private backyard. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The house quaint and private- exactly what we were looking for. Nice yard for small dog . Located in a quiet neighborhood- 3 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Perfect for 2 people.

Another wonderful stay

Just a great cottage in a great location close to the beach. House has all one needs for a nice vacay at the beach. Beach gear, towels, bikes etc. Kitchen is well fortified with quality cookware, good knives, etc. Feels like home away from home.

Great Home Away From Home

Terrific older cottage well maintained. Quiet neighborhood our 2nd stay. 2 block walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, bars, trolly stops. Excellent communication with host who responds very quickly. We will return!

Love, love this little cottage!

This rental has everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped. We love the privacy of the back deck and the outdoor shower. It’s a sweet little neighborhood, like old Florida. The beautiful beach is a just short walk away. We will be back.

Homey Beach Cottage

Great location! Older updated well stocked cottage great for 2 people. Owner very accommodating with quick responses allowing our dogs. Nice grass yard and outdoor shower. Bikes and beach buggy available. Quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from Gulf Drive, restaurants, shopping, bars and beaches. Will certainly look to stay again when in Anna Maria/ Bradenton. Thanks for a great week!

NEEDED A BREAK

We stayed for a week and everything went well. Unit was well stocked as advertised and owner Chris was very easy to work with. We had everything we needed including chairs etc for the beach. Unit is literally only a few mins walk to the beach. Neighbor was quiet and peaceful. Great little get away.

Anna Maria Island Stay

Every thing we needed was there. Grocery store was close. Water just two blocks East or West. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The furniture was extremely comfortable as well as the bed and I just had my upper and lower spine fused. Top notch restaurants are close. The owner is a pleasure to work with.

Old Florida Charm

We loved this cute little Beach Cottage! It was just perfect for our 2 week stay. Close to everything and only 2 short blocks to a beautiful beach. House had everything we needed for our stay. So much to do in the area and actually ran out of time to do all we wanted. That is one of the reasons we were quick to book the cottage for next year as well. Chris was so helpful and easy to like right away. Don’t think twice….. just go ahead and book your stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Just Right

This little cottage is the perfect getaway for a couple. The home was very clean and had everything you need for a great stay. We spent the entire month of January 2025 there and I believe we were the first guests to stay there since the hurricane. Chris updated the place nicely and even let us use his personal bikes for our stay. It’s very comfortable and homey and feels like the beach. It’s only a short walk (2 blocks) to the beach. The back deck and gas grill were also great. Most all the restaurants were open and the beach was great. There is still lots of construction and rebuilding going on all over the island but it really didn’t bother us too much. Anna Maria Island is a great place to visit!

Nice cottage

The cottage was nice. It was a short walk to a very nice beach. The houses are too close to each other. Listening to young children playing outside and young adults talking outside on their decks wasn't what we hoped for. Visual privacy was pretty good, noise privacy not so good. Fortunately, the noise levels dropped by 10pm.

Just lovely

Perfect location, removed from the hustle and bustle but close enough to join in at a moments notice. If you need something it's probably there waiting for you to discover it in a drawer or cabinet. Cozy and relaxing. My only suggestion would be to get a king size bed. We are larger and it was difficult to sleep together. Also a bed that has more edge support.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It was the perfect spot for our family, including our little toddler. The beach was just a stone's throw away, which made it super convenient for all of us to enjoy some sun and sand. The cottage itself was incredibly cozy and had a well-equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach supplies provided, saving us the trouble of bringing our own. It made our beach outings with our little one so much more fun! Chris, our host, was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Overall, we can't recommend this cottage enough for families, singles, or retired folks looking for a comfortable beach getaway. It's the kind of place that feels like a home away from home, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.
