This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean Villa is situated on the 2nd floor of the Neptune Building within the Oceanfront Island Club Gated Community. Guests of 4205 Island Club can look forward to ocean views and inspiring sunrises from their private balcony. The ocean view living room features comfortable updated furnishings, TV, and ample seating on the private oceanfront balcony. The open floor plan includes a dining area that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer for guest use.

The oceanfront master suite is furnished with a king bed. Private bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom, you will find 2 twin bunks- both have twin (top) full (bottom), and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Beach access is easy via the Neptune Beach Path, which is accessible by following the sidewalk to the front of the Neptune Building. There is also a Beach access in front of the Building

During your stay, enjoy the beach, relax by one of the 3 terraced pools, splash with the little ones in the zero-entry baby pool with mushroom fountain, or take advantage of 1 hour per day of free tennis at any of the 9 tennis courts. Additional onsite amenities include a large lagoon for catch and release fishing, a playground, basketball courts, onsite bike rentals, and a fitness center.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly favorable, could use a refresh. Bathroom walk in shower is dangerous! Shower doors are wobbly, unhinged and rusty. Tub bath was slippery and, therefore, dangerous (I purchased a bath mat, which we left). Twin bedroom dresser is old, rickety and some drawers do not open. Door from bedroom to balcony did not work well - handles were rusty and corroded (I was locked out once, we’d locked the sliding g door and my husband was out - took him a bit to get me out of the balcony). Most of the kitchen drawers were falling apart, we had to be ver careful if we needed to open drawers. The light over the stove was not working. The door code to enter the unit was not always working and it took multiple re-sets to fix the issue (thank you James!). I spent my first night and day cleaning dishes and cubords. There were dirty dishes and bugs and and animal droppings in seve cupboards. On the surface, the unit was clean, but little things, like dirty baseboards, bed headboards cushions and furniture on the balcony need a good would have been helpful to have a broom and some simple cleaning supplies. It was annoying to feel we were at a dog park - lots of dogs! barking, doing their business on the grass areas and dog fights. Our first night, there was a lot of loud parties and noises with kids running around and screaming until late in the night, and we did not know who to contact. This was not our first visit to Island Club, but the first we were surprised and a little disappointed (obviously to enough to leave - we extended our stay, thanks to the weather) - the noise, dogs, and disrepair of the facility were our concerns. Thank you for asking- and since you asked, I ve shared my thoughts.
