Nuestro condominio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal con un baño principal, dos camas dobles en el segundo dormitorio con su propio cuarto de baño, muebles de Nueva sala de estar con un sofá-cama de tamaño reina en la sala de estar. Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorios. Nueva ducha de azulejos en baño principal. Cocina y lavadora y secadora totalmente equipado en la unidad. Bonita piscina climatizada al aire libre y bañera de hidromasaje. Año calienta ronda piscina cubierta y sala de ejercicios. Iluminación actualizada y mesa de comedor para seis personas.

Southern charm

This was our family’s first trip to HHI. The condo was clean, bright and comfy. The resort property had lots of things for our family to do. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding around the spacious property. It’s an easy 10-15 min. ride to Harbor Town as well. We also enjoyed walking or riding up to the general store to get ice cream and treats. The onsite pool was clean (though a little chilly!) and had easy access to the beach and our condo. My wife and I also used the fitness center a few times on the trip, which had a good amount of weights and equipment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!

Best location on the beach with wonderful amenities!

We had the best time at this condo. Everything was so clean. The location is right on the beach. Family pool and adult only pool are right beside the beach. The restaurant at Hilton next store is great to grab lunch on the beach!

Enjoyed our stay

We have been coming to HHI for several years and this has been our favorite spot so far. It is in a great location and the condo is clean and well cared for. Would definitely come back.

Overall a great stay

My family and I spent 4 nights here and loved it. The owner was easy to communicate with and made check in very easy. She also helped facilitate our rental for a crib and other baby gear. Great stay!

Wonderful condo-great location

Had a wonderful long weekend with our family. The condo was great-clean, close to the beach, pools were beautiful. 3 golf courses on site and bike rentals. We will definitely be back.

Thia is a nice condo and was close to the beach. The TV in the master room had cable problems and the hot tub at the adult pool was closed. otherthan that we had a great time!the adult pool was closed. Orh

First time at Hilton Head

Our family really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head Island. The condo was clean and spacious. The photos and description matched the actual reality of the unit. We loved the proximity to the beach. It was only a 3 or 4 minute walk from our unit to the actual sand. We spent more time at the adult pool, but the newly renovated family pool is impressive. Our host, Karen, was an excellent communicator and we had zero issues with anything. My family of four (kids ages 21 and 17) had plenty of room and my kids loved that the guest room had 2 queen size beds. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Summer Vacation with Family

Loved the condo! Well furnished and had everything we needed. Loved the decor too. Perfect location and you can't beat Villamare for convenience to the beach. Nice new pool/hot tub too.

7 Days of Joy

The property is amazing. Close to the ocean in a gated community. Multiple options for dining and activities. Added an adult Serenity Pool since our last visit to the complex. Came to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Mission accomplished.

Well kept condo in perfect location

This condo is perfectly located - easy access to pool and beach. The pool at Villamare is what attracted us to this property - large, beautiful, oceanfront, perfect for kids with the connected shallow kiddie pool area. The grounds were beautiful and our kiddos loved the turtles in the ponds! The condo unit itself was well kept and fit exactly what we needed with two bedrooms. The listing mentions kids dishes/utensils - which we weren’t able to find - but that was minor. Everything else was exactly as described! The host was wonderful and provided so much helpful information prior to our stay. She was also very accommodating with our requests. We hope to come back soon!

My first trip to HHI

This was my first trip to HHI and my first vacation with my adult daughter and her family- and it was pure joy! This property was exactly as described- we were so pleased! Check in was seamless and location to the pool and beach was an easy quick walk. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Amazing Hilton Head Condo

We had such an amazing long weekend at the 2117 Villamare. Everything was perfect from the location, the condo to the responsive and extremely helpful host! The gate resort was tranquil, the Villamare property was gorgeous and what appeared to be a newly remodeled condo offered everything we expected and more. The hosts made us feel welcome and were willing to help us with all of our questions and needs. We will without about be visiting again!

This is our first beach property and we bought our place in 2013. We love spending time in Hilton Head and this location is ideal. It's close to world class golf courses and a top 10 tennis program. The new pickle ball courts are less than a five-minute walk away. We all play tennis, pickle ball and golf and love spending time in Hilton Head. We have made several updates since buying our property. We have new stainless steel appliances and a new washer and dryer and newly updated shower in the second bathroom. There are all new interior doors as well.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is nicely decorated and on the first floor. Walk out the door and down the steps to the pool and beach. It has two balconies off each bedroom. A five minute walk up the street to rent bikes and get something to eat. We are constantly updating. We added beautiful new flooring in the bedrooms so no carpet in the unit! We just added a new stainless steel appliances and updated the second bathroom. There are all new interior doors and newly updated second bathroom.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our condo is very comfortable and well has a well appointed kitchen. We love to cook so there is everything that we have at home. We have updated almost everything in our condo. The location of our condo is great too. It's an easy three minute walk to the pool and beach. It's an easy walk to play pickle ball or tennis or go to the General Store, which has amazing breakfast and lunches. Fine dining at Alexanders is also about a five minute walk. The Hilton beachfront hotel is next door and has a Star Bucks and a tiki bar with drinks and food options. The Dunes House is a five minute walk and offers live music and really good fish tacos.
The beaches are ideal for bike riding. The new adult pool and hot tub will be great for those who want a quieter pool experience. The existing pool has a complete overhaul and has a shallow end and a shade umbrella making it easy for children to get in and out of it. The hot tub is larger as well. Villamare offers an indoor pool and workout room on the premises as well. If you like to grill, there is a grilling area with dining tables and a beautiful view of the ocean with Adirondack chairs to sit and read or just bask in the sun. There is also a new gas fire pit for night time enjoyment. Our property is very nice and we strive to make it very comfortable for our guests.
