Summary:

Experience Chicago and Pilsen as being in the heart of 18th st. Some of the best food, music and nightlife Chicago has to offer right outside your front door!



The Space:

3 bed room apartment that sleeps 10 people.



Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:

1. What brings you into town?

2. How many people will be staying at the home?

3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?



Not a party house! Strict rules against any parties or any smoking in the home. If you are looking to party this is not the home for you! We do have two RING cameras. One at the front and the back entrance. Do not block the cameras.



We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.



We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.



We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras



$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system



Guest Access:

The entire home. Please note this is in an apartment building.



The Neighborhood:

On the vibrant 18th street! Nightlife, restaurants, the best bars and food are right down the street!



Getting Around:

Uber is plentiful in the city. Can rent a car as well. There is free street parking nearby (south and west) of our location or meter parking as well. Pay attention to signage.
