The Space:
The property is lovingly maintained by its active owners which is evident in the quality of the interior furnishings. This rental is ideal for a group who is looking to enjoy Branson’s most sought-after attractions and come back to a comfortable stay.

The open living space boasts a smart TV, fireplace, and access to the screened wraparound deck. The deck is a major bonus to this tasteful abode with ample seating - perfect for a morning brew, evening hors d'oeuvres, or even a family game night!

Back inside, the kitchen is in direct sight of the living room allowing there to be an organic flow between entertaining. Guests can mingle with each other between the couch and the barstools from the kitchen counter. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal from home. A blender, toaster, Keurig, and drip coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps away, enjoy meals together at the dining table for 6.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms. Each space is fully furnished with cozy linens and complementing decor.

Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a Queen bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a large vanity and soaking tub for optimal relaxation.

Bedroom #2 is decked out with a King bed, and TV.

Bedroom #3 is configured with 2 Queen beds and a TV.

An additional 2 full bathrooms are fully stocked to serve guests. Both bathrooms offer a shower/tub combo. One is located on the main level and the other is on the second floor.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is parking for 2 vehicles in the shared parking lot. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.
- On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
