The heart of the home is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, designed for both comfort and style. The living room offers plush seating, a sleek fireplace, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Just steps away, the dining area features a modern table perfect for sharing meals or game nights, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a spacious island, and all the essentials for cooking up your favorite dishes. It’s the perfect setup for gathering and making memories together.
★★ Bedroom & Bathroom Comforts ★★
Rest easy in the thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering comfort and versatility for every guest. A serene king suite features large windows, soft linens, and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower complete with multiple showerheads and a rain shower. Additional sleeping spaces include a room with queen bunk beds and an ensuite, another with a queen bed and twin trundle, and a spacious bunk room with both queen and twin beds. Modern bathrooms complement each space, ensuring everyone can unwind and refresh in style.
Please note that the bunk room sits on the 3rd floor but there is no door.

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***
*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***
***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, please take note of the following:
For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a voicemail or send a text message, and we will promptly return your call the following morning.
