Let’s not forget the incredible POOL with a swim up bar, and in pool seating area.

Our Spartan House is a semi-secluded ½ acre property away from the main beach street with private residential gate access to only 4 homes. 4-minute walk to the Beach. This property provides a remote space for friends and family to enjoy beach days, pool days, quiet night clear sky views from the upper deck while the sounds of nature create the perfect atmosphere of a tropical Rain Forest.

No Shared community pools!!! Its just you and your invited friends!

Pool towels for guest will be provided.

Tired of Cleaning fees! Well, we are no cleaning fee place, but we do expect our place to be returned organized and lightly cleaned as it was at check in upon check out.

Home contains Air conditioning units, keeping it nice and cool from the outdoor heat. Our main bathroom provides guests with a full-sized shower and essentials (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body wash).

Fully equipped Kitchen, we offer a refrigerator, a microwave/air fryer, a coffee maker, full range stove.

Two gazebos: Upper floor and one on ground level.

An outdoor Shower

Paddle Boards are available for additional separate cost.

Loss of Home Key will be a $150 fee

Important Notes:
Puerto Rico does suffer from many Electrical system outages, water interruptions and seldom Internet service disruptions due to weather. No full compensations will be refunded but we will do our best to work with the guest. No Generator or cistern available. Please be aware that these circumstances are beyond our control and may affect your stay.

NO SWIMMING WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION, ADULTS SHOULD NOT SWIM

ALONE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE RESIDENCE.


ANY CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

PUBLIC RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER WILL BE SINGED BY ALL GUEST DURING THEIR STAY.

NO REFUND FOR ELECTRICITY OR WATER SERVICE OUTAGES. Host will work with the guest on a case by case basis.

Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED! Only Service Animals. Take these seriously, and never try to sneak a pet in or hide an animal from the property owners.
