“Enjoy a unique stay in this modern and beautiful home, perfect for relaxing and experiencing Las Vegas with family or friends. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this property offers the ideal space for comfort and enjoyment. The interior terrace is an exceptional spot to gather, featuring a glass wine cellar with a selection of wines, and an entertainment area with two sofa beds, a TV, home theater system, and a fireplace—creating the perfect atmosphere for movie nights.

The exterior boasts a stunning private pool, a modern terrace with a barbecue, outdoor kitchen, sink, and an electric fireplace, ideal for enjoying summer evenings. There is also a propane fireplace that adds warmth and coziness for any occasion.

Important Information:
• You will be provided with your own door code, granting you access to the entire property during your stay.
• There is ample parking within the property, with a large driveway that can accommodate 5 to 6 cars.
• Please do not disturb or annoy the neighbors.
• Parties and events are NOT allowed in the house. Keep the noise level low to ensure there are no disturbances.
• No pets allowed.
• No additional guests without prior approval. Please inform us of all guests in advance to avoid extra charges.

Smoking Policy:
• Smoking is only allowed in the backyard. Smoking inside the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
• No parties or events. If these rules are violated, a $1,000 fine will be imposed, and you will be asked to leave the property.

Other Important Rules:
• NO shoes allowed inside the house.
• Do not move the furniture.
• Do not stand on the furniture.
• Do not clean makeup or shoes with towels.
• Please report any spills or damage immediately.
• The pool is not heated.
• By using the pool, you agree to take full responsibility for your safety.
- The use of the BBQ has an additional cost of $100 USD, which covers only the use of the grill (propane is not included).

Check-in and Check-out:
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. However, we can try to accommodate a later check-out if requested in advance and if no new guests are scheduled.

Important Reminders:
• Please turn off all lights and close all doors before leaving. To properly close the main door, pull it forward and press the Yale lock to secure it.

Guests may request personalized and beautifully decorated experiences — exclusively for the guests included in the booking (maximum 10 people):

These experiences are not parties or events but rather private setups designed for relaxation and enjoyment within house rules.
