The guest did not follow directions. The tv is connected to the property WiFi and internet passes are given to the guests upon arrival registration. The shower p trap needed water and the resident manager went to the apt to explain to the guests that all the shower needed to reset was to run the water The problem was the guests waited 3 days before telling us they had a concern. If they had told us upfront all would have been rectified and they could have continued and enjoyed their stay Communication is key

The guest claimed there were issues. She did not register but called me at 9:45 because she was not sure what to do. I had sent instructions. Her son said she was not ok She called again at midnight to tell me her complaints. At that time I coukd not remedy them but let her know there were extra towels and linens in the apt and we could always sort it out in the am. The housekeeper is professional and conditions she stated are unacceptable. She said she sat on a 12 inch wide Lanai yet a chair would not fit there. I did not know what to believe. I offered her her funds returned except for housekeeping as she used the beds and bathroom. It was an unfortunate experience She called me day and night especially at 10 pm Garbled words. Claiming she lost her purse another time her necklaces. Finally when she was out I blocked her number to get peace
