Peaceful, spacious log cabin in beautiful Heber, UT

Your family will enjoy this beautiful, peaceful log cabin set on 3 acres in the hills of Heber. Wake up to gorgeous sunrises at this quiet home, which is the only home on the street, walking distance from Clyde Lake. We are 35-40 minutes from both Sundance and Park City (skiing & shopping), 20 minutes from Soldier's Hollow (tubing and cross country skiing) and less than 30 minutes from Jordanelle and Deer Creek (swimming and boating). Don't want to drive to the slopes? Just play on our expansive property or sled at the nearby sledding hill. It's 12 minutes to downtown Heber with plenty of shopping and restaurants, or drive 5 minutes farther to the quaint town of Midway.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The Master bedroom (King bed) has a large-screen TV and a loft. It opens up directly onto the large wrap-around deck. The second bedroom (Queen bed) opens up directly onto the deck at the front of the house.

The main floor also has a large kitchen, with a big island and a kitchen table that seats 12. In the living room, cozy up near the gas fireplace on the sectional (with 3 recliners) and watch the large-screen TV under the beautiful vaulted ceiling.

As you head upstairs there are 2 quaint nooks--1 is a reading nook and the other is a hangout/sleeping space for children/teens.

The upstairs open loft area has a futon, a game table, and 2 double beds, to add additional sleeping or just enjoy the amazing views with windows on three sides. The upstairs loft opens up onto a private balcony as well. Upstairs Bedroom 1 (Queen bed) has space for a pack-n-play (provided). Upstairs Bedroom 2 (Twin) has a bunk bed.

The finished basement has a large living space with an additional large-screen TV and a ping-pong table. There is a washer/dryer on the basement level as well. The basement opens into the garage.

We have hi-speed Wifi, and the 3 TVs are equipped with Apple TV, Roku, and an Amazon Fire Stick, so you can stream almost any entertainment.

Parking for 1 car in the garage is included, and there is driveway parking for an additional 4 vehicles. Please note: Oct-April: 4x4 or AWD is REQUIRED. The main road/entrance is plowed regularly, but side streets require 4-wheel-drive. The road to the cabin is maintained gravel.

Professional cleaning is required every 2 weeks. Mid-stay clean is $100/time.
