A great home, a kitchen upstairs and downstairs, great for gatherings like Thanksgiving, which is what we comfortable, host was so accommodating and helpful. He responded almost immediately every time I texted him, which wasn’t that often. Great location for Park city, Heber, and Midway. I would definitely use it again.

The property was even better than described. It was very well equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes. It had plenty of linens and towels. I have absolutely no negatives to report. And, the owner was great to work with. Rent this property with confidence.

Beautiful home!

We had a great stay! Enjoyed the large gathering areas and ample seating. Host was very responsive and friendly. There is a fast moving canal across a walking path in the backyard so we had to watch small children closely back there. Within walking distance of a great park, close to the grocery store, wasatch national park, and two reservoirs so there's plenty to do. Nice amenities. Overall awesome stay!

Heber Home Bliss

New, clean, spacious, well laid out. Very comfortable for three families while we were up for an extended family reunion. Bonus was the kitesurfing on Deer Valley reservoir was excellent!

Family game time oasis.

Beautiful home with pickleball, ping pong, and puzzles. Perfect large tables to play card games with a large group.Comfortable rooms with plenty of space to be together or have quiet time in bed watching a movie. Enjoyed the weekend in Heber City!

Fabulous Girls Weekend!

Second year in a row. We had a great time. Loved the house. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. It was great to have a 2nd kitchen downstairs and plenty of room for playing cards. The Hot tub and fire pit were an amazing hit. WE will be back again next year.

Great for ladies getaway weekend

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this beautiful home! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the multiple bathrooms made it easy for us all to get ready. One of our favorite parts was relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings. The location was also perfect—close to great restaurants and the spa at Zermatt. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our ladies' retreat! Let me know if you'd like to adjust it further!

Great stay in Heber

We had a great time staying at this house in Heber. The accommodations were clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was beautiful both inside and outside. We found lots of fun family activities in the area.

Great Reunion Rental

We rented this property for a family reunion and 10 adults stayed at this property, which was very clean and well furnished. The floor plan is great, with space to gather as group and to find a quiet spot for some "me time." The pickle ball court was a big hit and the outdoor table on the shady east side of the home was a popular gathering spot. In general, the property exceeded my expectations.

You won't regret staying here!

The house was beautiful and functional. Our family of 18 had everything we needed. The 2 kitchens made it super convenient for teaming up at mealtime. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Even the family with a newborn had the privacy they needed. The pickleball court was a bit small and the one bedroom upstairs got a little warm in the evenings but those are the only things I can find even a tiny fault in. We didn't use the hot tub so I don't know what that's like. Our kids have told us over and over how much fun they had. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Family Getaway

This was an absolutely perfect property for our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers - and there was room for more. The home is very comfortable, thoughtfully stocked (it had absolutely everything we needed), beautiful, and in the ideal location. To top it all off, the pickleball court is super fun. This was our favorite vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we would love to come again. Shad and Amy were responsive and helpful, and their home is a dream. It was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do - golf, hiking, groceries, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment - and the house is so comfortable and nice we barely wanted to leave.

Family reunion

Fun, nice new property

We had three families and Grandma staying here for some together time and a family photo. We found everything we needed in a well stocked kitchen, and lots of bathrooms. Cousins had a blast playing pickleball, hot tubbing, making s’mores, playing together and just hanging out in the living rooms or outside. The patio was comfortable and shady as was the hot tub. Everything was neat and clean, the pickleball paddles and balls were provided, plenty of extra blankets for lounging on the SOFT couch and watching movies. Linens were clean and soft beach towels and kitchen towels were provided in ample numbers. The master suite was luxurious! There are no bunk beds as pictured so we had to arrange the kids a little differently. They are full beds with a trundle underneath in 2 of the rooms. Our grandkids are preteens and teens for the most part so putting two in a full size bed wouldn’t work. The neighbors were friendly luckily because there are no fences between properties. So be prepared to chase the balls in the neighboring back yard. Landscaping was gorgeous and very inviting. With inside and outside dining options every one of our 16 guests had a place to eat. It was nice for the family who stayed in the basement to have a completely separate kitchen. Appliances were nice. We left on a Tuesday so had to roll the garbage cans to the curb for pickup. A great house!! I would definitely stay again.

Awesome house

We had a blast with the pickleball court. House is beautiful and well stocked in the kitchen. Beds are super comfy and lots of room for all 15 of us. Great location. Very nice hot tub. Beautiful setting and scenery around the house. Best house we have stayed in in 10 years of vacations.

Great for a large group

Really outstanding house. The host was super communicative. We were a group of ski friends and the kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for post ski cooking and relaxing. Would highly recommend this property

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing stay at the home, which was absolutely beautiful. It seems fairly new in a new area of development. The location is very convenient to some nice restaurants, grocery shopping etc. it is a very quick drive to Deer Valley’s gondola and easy to get to other resorts. The home itself was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to stay there comfortably. Shad responded very quickly to any request and was easy to communicate with. I have been renting homes yearly for the past 20 years and this was the best of all of them. We hope to return next year.

It has 2 full kitchens, 2 dining areas, and 2 living spaces. 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths to accommodate larger groups. The property is beautifully landscaped with a pickleball court, fire pit, & hot tub. We've made it convenient with smart locks, racks for skis and snow gear, and even installed a Tesla charger. Your home away from home!
