Property overall is well maintained with a nice parking garage, pools, and fast elevators. The beach is fantastic.

Great location!

This was a great location away from the craziness of Spring Break. The host was very helpful. Unfortunately the beach access was closed and the hot tubs were broken during our stay.

Best location

Usually we stay towards Pier Park so wasn't sure about this location but turns out its a lot more quiet and peaceful this end of the beach and no waiting on elevators. super convenient being right beside schooners and good communication. condo was super nice and clean. the only thing we were disappointed about was the hot tub was not working properly it was luke warm but we were told they needed a new motherboard to make it appropriate temp. other than that would def stay here again!

Condo was exactly as described! Clean with an Excellent view of beach. Tammy was a great host all questions answered quickly and they were very accommodating with our stay. Schooners next door was great as usual. Beach service was good. Definitely will stay here again

Wonderful stay!

Our family LOVES Seychelles Panama City Beach!! This unit was PERFECT, the weather was great and the water was BEAUTIFUL!! The unit was extremely clean, very nicely decorated and the full size washer and dryer was a plus. Tammy was quick to respond to my inquiry and handled our last minute reservation efficiently. We will definitely rent from her again!

Perfect little quite git away

The Condo was Very Clean , quite and nice location , building it self has some fixes needed . The water was turned off coming off the beach the while.stay and some work was being done . But rated highly for the condo ..

Vacation Comfort

First time staying in Seychelles. Great location, close to great restaurants and souvenir shops. Loved the Condo...super clean and comfortable. We all slept great the entire stay. Tammy, the owner, was very sweet and informative. She checked to make sure we made it safely with a welcome text. Jet skis and banana bus rides available on site. Great view from balcony. Enjoyed our stay!!

Clean, spacious, and nice condo complex

Condo was clean and had all the cooking pots/pans/utensils needed. Loved the drying rack on the balcony - all condos should have this...great idea. Communication with owner was great as well.

Beach holiday

Beautiful updated condo with gorgeous views. Check in was very easy and the condo was very clean. It was nicely furnished and we loved the queen Murphy bed as an alternative to bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and all things cooking related. Soft towels were provided but no toiletries. Not a big deal, just a heads up. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely rent here again. Thank you John & Tammy.

LOVE your Condo!

We had a blast staying the fourth of July week 2011! The condo was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Owners are super nice and did everything to make our stay wonderful. I will be booking next year for sure. The fireworks on the beach were on going for hours and so pretty! Love having the restaurant right next door so we didn’t have to go out if didn’t want too. LOVE the security key pads around the whole facility and pool. See You next year !

1bedroom king size bed

We have been going to Panama City for 20 years, I was very impressed with this condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated and everything in it worked! (First time in a few years that has happened) Have already recommended it to one friend and will continue to recommend it. John and Tammy were wonderful to work with. Received damage deposit back very quickly. It was definitely a home away from home!! Absolutely LOVED IT!!! Thank You John and Tammy!!!
