Perfect little spot!!

Very clean and in a quiet tucked away little spot but minutes to anything you would need.James is an amazing host. He made it very special for my husband and I for a few nights away for our Anniversary and the little things matter!! You will not find a better little place with such a great host. Responds back immediately and goes above and beyond!! Thank you again!!

Ugh. This house was dirty, completely run down and overall disgusting. Hair and mold all over the baseboards. Bathrooms filthy. Bubbling and chipping paint everywhere. It is in dire need of a complete renovation. Floors had not even been cleaned. We were simply grossed out. Also, BUYER BEWARE: They say it sleeps six, but they expect two people to sleep in ONE recliner that folds up on you with the slightest movement. It also says it has a total of 4 king beds. THIS IS A LIE. It has two beds, two absolute disgusting bathrooms (and one with no electrical outlet) and a kitchen in desperate need of a clean out. Wish it would have been a lovely stay, but it was the opposite.

As soon as we walked in the house, the drape fell off. I gently touched the shower head to tilt it down, and it fell out of the wall

The homeowner considers this to be where not one, but two people should comfortably sleep. It doesn't lay flat, the top pops up as soon you sit down. I'm 54 yo and had to spend two nights sitting up in a recliner.

The guest complained the entire time. I tried to make every accommodation for her. She said that she didn’t want to break her nail by putting a code in and pulling the lever to retrieve the key from the lockbox. She just got her nails done as she claimed. I told her I would bring her a key. then she said that she thought it was a three bedroom I told her the description said a two bedroom. I told her I was willing to work with her to rectify any miscommunication. She stated that she wanted a 50% discount because it was a two bedrooms not a three. She is my first and only disgruntled guest. Host beware of Karen.

Older home that’s been very well maintained. The yard is spacious and well kept, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a great place to stay.
