Sunbird Cabin is a kitchen lovers delight! This beautiful kitchen features granite counters and custom selected cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and Keurig style coffeemaker. Crock pot, mixer, and rice cooker are a few of the additional appliances provided to prep your family meals with ease. Take in the natural light throughout with beautiful high ceilings and exposed beams. Sit by the gas fireplace in the great room or head down to the lower level and snuggle together with some popcorn watching your favorite movie in the family room.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Stayed with us before? Repeat guests returning to Sunbird Cabin at Monteagle can receive a 5% room rent discount -not to be stacked with other discounts.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- While the roads to MontEagle are paved, 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- Gravel ample parking for 4+ vehicles. 5 steps to entry.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Home uses an outdoor ring camera at the front and side door to keep the home safe. No cameras face inside or near hot tub and gathering spaces.
- MontEagle is an up and coming community with several lots new homes being built. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
