Parking: Please park only in designated white spaces to avoid being towed. Yellow spaces are reserved. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not included.
The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
