Our updated and classy home, affectionately known as Happily Ever Astor, will surely live up to its name. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, conveniently located near charming Bexley, this home invites you to experience a tranquil and comfortable escape from the city.
Upon entering the home, you can`t help but notice the uber-chic atmosphere, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, exposed brick fireplace, and show-stopping 8+ foot breakfast bar! The living room nods to a cozy Aspen lodge, with access to the outdoor patio and backyard - Just steps away. The bedrooms are located down the hall, to the left of the living room. Indulge in the comfort of the first bedroom`s full-sized bed, while the secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and ample closet space. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, 40` TV, and an updated en suite full bathroom for the ultimate relaxation experience. The guest (full) bathroom, located in the hallway, allows easy access for all.
Step into the well-appointed kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. With ample counter and cabinet space, as well as an expansive breakfast bar, this kitchen is a chef`s dream. Adjacent to the kitchen, you`ll find an elevated mudroom with plenty of seating and storage, providing access to the two-car garage.

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation.
• Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
