Nuestra completamente remodelado piso Beaver Village es nuevo en el mercado de alquiler. Se trata de una tercera unidad de final piso tranquilo con techos de 20 pies abovedados, claraboyas y todas las nuevas ventanas de doble cristal y puertas. Hemos añadido un ventanal hacia el este que le da nuestro comedor y sala de estar luz adicional y vistas que más buscan el bosque. Además de las vistas al bosque que tenemos puntos de vista de la Winter Park esquí va desde nuestro balcón, sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Podrá disfrutar de la parrilla y cócteles desde nuestro balcón con vistas impresionantes de los bosques y pistas de esquí. El servicio de transporte privado Beaver Village para justo fuera de nuestro transporte toma de unidad a la zona de esquí de una brisa. (Sin mencionar que es gratis).

Nuestra unidad fue recientemente remodelado de arriba a abajo con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y nuevos gabinetes de arce. Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para preparar todas sus comidas en casa. Nuestro condominio cuenta con pisos de madera, pizarra y alfombra nueva marca.

Dos cuartos de baño han sido completamente remodelado. Todo es nuevo incluyendo la bañera, ducha e incluso los baños. Los pisos tienen calefacción radiante también.

Nuestro apartamento ha sido bellamente decorado con muebles de registro y mantiene un tema de montaña a lo largo.
Cuenta con una cama en el dormitorio principal con dos grandes aparadores. el dormitorio de invitados con 2 literas completos (6 personas) una mesa de noche y un gran armario. También hay un sofá cama (queen) en el salón para un área adicional para dormir.

Hay tres pantalla plana TV / DVD. Uno en cada dormitorio y otro en la sala de estar.
De alta velocidad inalámbrico a Internet disponible en el apartamento!

Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratuito disponible en nuestra unidad, así que traiga su computadora portátil.

FANTASTIC

Perfect vacation for our family....husband, daughter and grandchildren. Had a super time and the condo was fantastic. Beautiful views...private and quiet. Didn't plan on a blizzard but loved it with the fireplace and sled riding. Only negative is only flannel sheets which make me too hot and don't like the feel. Was never cold though!! Due to the blizzard the owner was very accomadating with allowing us to stay another night so the roads were passible and safe. Loved it here!!

Exactly what we were looking for!

The condo was perfect for my family. Love the HOA bus that shuttles you to and from Winter Park. The view was beautiful. The amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and fit our needs. The TV setup was a little dated than again, we weren't here to watch TV. Had a wonderful time. Thank you

Great location for skiing

Condo was close to skiing/downtown and had everything we needed. The village bus that brings you to WP ski area was very convenient. Would highly recommend this condo ⛷

Outstanding Mountain Getaway!

My friends and I just returned from our week in Winter Park skiing. The Shaner's condo was an awesome retreat to come home to after a long day on the slopes. The decor puts you in the Rocky Mountain spirit and it comes very well stocked with everything you need for your time in WP. The beds/linens were comfortable, the showers were great, the kitchen is a great gathering spot and the back patio has an incredible view for coffee in the morning or grilling steaks at sunset. Thank you again Shaner family for an amazing experience!

Comfortable condo, attentive owner

Very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. The owner was super responsive to our needs. I was happy to see that the vintage shuttle bus is still running and that the service to and from the Winter Park base is as good and friendly as ever.

Outstanding

Well decorated condominium with beautiful mountain views including some of the runs at Winter Park. Loved the bus service from right in front of the place right to the slopes. We used it daily. Kids loved the small indoor pool and hot tubs. We even borrowed two movies from the club house during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo nice, clean, and has everything you need. Kitchen is wonderful with every tool you can think of.....Owner great to work with...We skied and rented snow mobiles location was great, we had 6 adults. Guest room a little small for adults.

Great rental in Winter Park! Would give 4.5 star rating if an option.

A beautifully appointed, comfortable, bright place to rent. Half a mile walk in to town. Nice views. Bus line to ski area is very convenient and fast (comes every 15 minutes) - can either catch the town's Lyft bus or the condo's own bus. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. Full-size dishwasher and fridge! Beds comfortable. Bathrooms have hairdryer, soap and shampoo. Only thing missing: humidifiers. Will be back.

Nice place near Winter Park

I stayed with my two kids and another couple with three kids. The bunk room was great for the kids, they loved it, had their own bathroom and TV. Master bed was spacious. I slept on the pullout couch which was not comfortable. Would have been more appropriate for one couple and lots of kids. We enjoyed the kitchen very much, fully stocked and enjoyed the grill on the balcony with a view. The TVs were quite small, probably dating back at least 5 years. There is no sound system, so I would recommend bringing your own. The location is very convenient, near downtown and minutes from the slopes. We took a hike in back of the property which was fun. We used the swimming pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse along with 50 other people at 5pm one day. Overall a good experience, and great communication with the owner.

Fantastic stay

We went up for a ski weekend and could not have found a better condo. Nicely renovated with everything you could need in the kitchen. The owner was very nice and responded to questions we had quickly. The pool and the hot tubs in the community area were especially nice after a day on the slopes. We will definitely rent again and recommend to our friends and family.

Warm, Cozy and Perfect Location

A home away from home, newly and beautifully remodeled condo for a perfect winter or summer get-a-way! The 2 bed, 2 bath condo is just as pictured and described online. Our small children were thrilled with the bunk beds and the tv/dvd unit in their room. Very warm and cozy for a family of 4 in the winter, and very convenient to the Winter Park ski resort with the local bus service (yellow line.) Fully stocked kitchen - perfect for families with small children. We skied each day, and went to the Safeway close by to get plenty of food in order to cook in the evenings for our family. We will definitely reserve this condo for our family again and recommend it to other friends and family.

Comfortable and Close To Winter Park Ski Area

The 2 bed / 2 bath unit is exactly as pictured online. It is on the 3rd floor, so be aware that you will be climbing stairs. The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies you may need. The bunk room will comfortably sleep 4 kids in their own beds. The owner is very responsive to all inquiries and returning the damage deposit. We look forward to renting the unit again.

Cozy condo

Our family had a great time staying at this very cozy condo unit. After looked though all the Beaver village Condo photos posted on the internet, I personally think this is the nicest remodeled unit. Very clean and nice up-graded kitchen utility. I enjoyed the view out of the balcony. My two kids enjoyed the bunk bed, they called it "sleeping on a tree house". The owner Ellen is very prompt at returning emails and questions. Damage deposit was process within a week after the stay. We are looking forward to go back again.

All the comforts of home

This particular unit is one of the best you'll find at Beaver Village. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed - right down the radiant heat in the tile floors. The kitchen is very well stocked with virtually any appliance you might need (Crock Pot, blender, and even an electric can opener!), spices, plenty of pots & pans, and plastic storage containers - no detail has been overlooked. Our kiddos enjoyed the TV/DVD player in the bunk room, and we enjoyed having our own master bath. Slept Mom & Dad, Grandma, and 3 kids comfortably. We hope to be back!

Great Condo, Beautifully decorated and very quiet and comfortable.

This was our first stay at the Beaver Village condos. I must say the location was great, This condo has a great view of ski mountain. If you don't mind climbing the stairs it was nice and quiet on the top floor. Everything was new and up to date. Well stocked Kitchen, Heating system works great with radiant floors and fireplace.The owner was responsive and even mailed back a few miscellaneous items at no charge. Great place and comfortable for Two Adults and 4 kids.
