Important Notes for Your Stay:
1. Monthly Maintenance: Temporary water interruptions occur every third Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

3. Lost Keys: A $100 replacement fee applies. Use the lockbox when leaving.
4. Towel Care: Keep towels stain-free; $15 will be charged per damaged towel.
5. Energy Efficiency: Close doors and windows when using A/C, and turn off lights when leaving.
6. Airport Noise: Occasionally, you may hear airplanes due to our close proximity.
7. Check-Out Policy: Unscheduled late check-outs incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.
