Enjoy the beach, restaurants and spectacular sunsets at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Perfect for couples or to travel alone. Condo is located in the best area of Isla Verde (Alambique). Just a 7 minutes' drive from airport. Mid-size pool to enjoy, paid laundry downstairs for your convenience. 24hrs security guards. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is less than half a block walking distance. We provide a private parking space *at NO cost! : )
The building is located just in front of CVS open 24/7.
The living room faces the north, where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv on the two comfy armchairs. We have 60" smart tv.
Our property includes 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited and include soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponge.

We had a fantastic stay!! The room was well cared for and maintained. The location was perfect, and the host was amazing!! A couple of small things came up during our stay and The Host, Yari was quick to respond and quick to help!! My husband and I would recommend and stay at this property again without hesitation!

The studio was great, very cozy, clean, and well-equipped, which made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Great view to the beach which is also walking distance. The parking lot is easy to get into, you need a key fob to exit and enter the property which made us feel safe. The communication with Yari was excellent, she is a great host. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful, very clean / comfortable property 5 nights. All we can say about it is extremely positive. Loved the property (just as pictured), located right by the beach, private parking in a parking garage, 24 hr security ( fyi the area is a safe neighborhood ), walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only a few miles away from San Juan and the night life. The property owner was very sweet and very communicative, I will stay here each time I go to Puerto Rico. 5 stars ;)

The place was very nice and exceptionally clean. It is situated in a highly secure area, complete with a guard and security cameras, making it perfect for solo travelers. It's genuinely only a block away from the beach, which was wonderful—I enjoyed walking there every day. The location is ideal for strolling to nearby stores and restaurants. Has parking.I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Beautiful Island

The place itself was well kept and very well supplied. Because we were only there overnight, we only used the kitchen for coffee and microwave. The biggest downside was that the guard didn’t know about our reservation and then directed us to the wrong entrance for parking. 2 of the bed pillows smell a little moldy. Otherwise, location was great!

Perfect location for a few beach days!

The studio was well furnished to provide maximum functionality of the space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The trundle drawers under each side of the bed made it easy to organize our belongings. The view of the beach from the unit is gorgeous. The owner of the property was very responsive to my messages. The walk to the beach is easy & short. There are several restaurants to choose from in walking distance. Such a great stay! The only downside was we found out the night before we checked in the pool was being retiled. If a pool is a deal breaker for you, be sure to ask that the project is done. Otherwise a wonderful stay!!!

I have traveled most of my working life and have stayed in accommodations that were 5-star to ones where I slept with a crowbar! I have also traveled for leisure with my family. So, I have had a lot of experience with what is good and what is not so good and this stay was excellent. I know these things can be subjective but there was a certain beauty to this location and the condo. In addition, Yari was an excellent communicator and that added to the knowledge that this will be a return spot for us...unwilling sharing this fact as I hope this review leads to more requests for this place, which is contrary to availability for us. Being away from home can be stressful, but be assured that if you want to be away then this place will make that stress melt away.
