Welcome to this West Newport jewel. At nearly 2,000 sq ft, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus family room home is stylish yet comfortable. Located in one of Newport's quieter neighborhoods, this property is just a one minute walk to one of the best and least crowded beaches in town. With only one attached wall to your neighbors this beautifully furnished 2 story is all yours so there will be no strangers making noise above you. This town home comes with 2 car tandem parking spots or 1 large SUV parking spot in the adjacent car port. Located on a residential side street, it is an easy, safe and short walk to the beach. Conveniently located and within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, playgrounds and tennis courts.

Great location to hang out and enjoy some time away. The neighbors were exceptionally noisy at night but overall the house is pretty quiet and allows for you to not hear outside noise too much.Close to the beach which is easy for walking out at anytime. Not within walking distance to restaurants but easy to get in and out of with your car.

Great extended family stay

Had a wonderful stay with our adult sons and their wives. Well equipped with everything we needed, and a great location close to the sand. Property manager was responsive and friendly. We’d gladly stay again!

this was the perfect location for our family trip to the best coast! things we loved: pressure and temperature of water for shower, nice laundry set up, short walk to beach, parking spot, plenty of space for our family of 6, amazing decor/appliances and remodel things to improve: better internet service/speed, second floor living space gets rather warm despite window ac units but the weather is pretty perfect so windows open kept things nice!!

Very clean. AC upstairs and fans in rooms were nice. We were able to fit a large SUV in the carport. Easy walk to the beach with kids. Had a nice welcome note upon arrival. Body boards and beach chairs were a little tattered but not a big deal. Overall a great stay!

Perfect spot for a beach vacation

Home is fabulous! The entire place was very clean and comfortable. Love house decor. Hosts were very thoughtful - house has boogie boards, chairs, basic staples for cooking. Neighborhood is quiet but an easy walk on the beach path to all the activity in Newport.

Amazing stay in Newport - Perfect for families

The pictures don't do this home justice. Knowing Newport Beach as well as I do, I can say this place has a stunning interior that is perfect for families and larger groups as compared to other beach front homes. Thank you for all the nice touches as well!

Great place to stay. No complaints. Kitchen is upstairs if you cannot do stairs. I went in August upstairs gets warm during peak sunlight hours.

Great Stay, Great Host, Spacious Stay

We couldn’t have loved our stay more if we tried. Everything went wonderfully from the yummy cookies and sweet note left on the kitchen table for us to the beautifully appointed rooms and spacious living spaces. This is the best vacation rental we have had in many years down in Newport and we have had many!! The propery manager communicates great, the property is clean and very well appointed too. There is everything you could possibly need here and want. We can’t wait to come back and stay here next summer.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, steps to the beach. A little but quieter and less busy which was nice since we have younger kids who went to bed on the earlier side. Communication with the property manager was easy (quick responses) and they had everything we needed. It was a little hot in the house during the day, even with the window unit upstairs and a bunch of fans on but it didn’t bother us much because we weren’t home during the day and it cooled down in the evenings and mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was better than we expected!! Our group of 9 had plenty of space for the last leg of our vacation. Everyone had their own space with 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths. The beach is literally a 1 min. walk. The owner David was helping & quick in answering any ??'s I had for the house and area. Natalie, the property mgr lives on the other side of the unit. We would definitely stay there again!!!

First let me say this is our second summer in this house…The property is amazing to house a bunch of adults … no rooms full of bunk beds thank you! The add on to the house is very confusing when it comes to turning on lights and fans, like it is in other rooms to make it happen. It would be great to have instructions. Not all remotes worked in bedrooms for televisions, frustratingA few of the lounge chairs and umbrella holders were rusted and falling apart, could use a little face lift in the outdoor decor Outdoor space is awesome and the pool is ideal to hang out Guest house is a great space for the fam with the infant but the ac unit is a bit loud and fan clicks constantly when you turn it in and the door auto lock is tricky, we could not get in one night and had to call management.The location to grocery store, bait shop, convenience stores and boat rentals is close and convenient

Steps to beach, perfect in every way

We rented this light and spacious home for a mother-daughter trip in Newport. From the moment we arrived, greeted with fresh cookies from a local bakery, to the day we checked out, we had a perfect stay. The owners were responsive when we had questions about where to find thjbgs, what to do, or could we just have a little extra time the morning of checkout to finish our Duffy ride around Balboa. They were so easygoing and helpful. The home itself is well stocked with things like dishes, clean/new towels, and soaps, etc… it was very, very clean with many comfortable spaces to lounge and stay up late at night talking. Location couldn’t be beat. The moms got up each morning and walked along the beach to grab coffee while our daughters slept in. We walked to the bike rentals and the beach several times. We were minutes away from Fashion Island, Huntington and Laguna. There couldn’t be a better location. We also felt safe walking around at night. We hope to go back and stay in the same house again - either with our group or our families. Simply couldn’t be beat! And the owners were above and beyond helpful and friendly!
