This cute cottage delivers a quiet Lake getaway with direct water access and spectacular evening sunsets. The property boasts a covered deck that overlooks the water for eating and another large lower deck with ample seating overlooking the water. There is also a beach with a dock for water access to help with fishing and water activities. This is the perfect place for a beautiful vacation, swimming, paddle boarding, fishing or just relaxing on the beach or deck.

Took a father/son road trip with my dad from Rochester to Providence. This was by far my dad’s highlight of the trip. Beautiful property - perfect balance of camping and comfort. They also have private access to the water with lots of amenities like a two seat kayak, floating pads, etc. The owner and I chatted briefly on the phone as well and he seemed like a really nice guy. Highly recommend if you want to experience the finger lakes.

Cozy lake cabin with a view

This cabin is a great place to get away and enjoy Owasco lake. Nothing fancy here, but was a good value for the views and access to the lake. The outdoor decks were a great place to hang out, and the cozy main room/kitchen was surprisingly comfortable and well appointed. There are a lot of steps to get down to the cabin and then even more to get down to the lower deck and dock areas, which will not be for everyone. But if thats not an issue, this might be a great place to get away from things with a young family or a couple of friends.

Checkin was smooth. Steve, the owner was so communicative via messaging about details of the property and available for questions should we need anything. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware and most cooking needs. They even had ice made in the freezer since you have to use bottled water for drinking. Plenty of fans for comfort and A/C when needed. Be sure to bring your own towels for water play on the lake. My kids loved the kayaks and paddle board!

Perfect weekend getaway! The view from the deck is amazing! We had a great time fishing and were able to catch 6 different fish species right from the dock. The kayak and paddle board were great to have access to also! The lake water was fairly warm. The cottage itself is small but we spent most of the time outdoors anyway. They have a Keurig coffee make so don’t forget your k-cups! Lots of seating options on the decks. The firepit was a little awkward because it’s built down into the ground and we didn’t bring any camp chairs. Next time I would bring those. Great communication with the owner. He explained everything before we were able to finish the booking. Everything was just as he explained. The kids are already asking when we can go back again!

Peaceful rustic stay with beautiful views

We had a lovely time! The view of the lake is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the multi-terraced deck — it was a great place to sit and relax. There are quite a few steps down to the water, but it’s worth it for the peaceful lakeside setting.The house itself is very rustic and minimal, and could use a bit more attention to cleaning, but it still made for a relaxing getaway.Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet spot with pretty views and don’t mind a simpler interior, this is a charming place to stay.

We have been in the area for many years and found this piece of the lake to be quiet with beautiful water. The neighborhood is friendly and loves families! We also love the east side of the lake because of the spectacular evening sunsets!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The two leveled decks clearly make our property a destination. The top covered deck is a great place to congregate for a meal and the large lower deck with ample seating provides a beautiful place to relax and watch the sunset.
