Your Master bedroom provides you with a relaxing retreat ! This bedroom has (1) King Bed. This room sleeps 2.

Your 2nd bedroom has one (1) Queen Bed. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom also includes a private, full bathroom.

Your 3rd bedroom has one (1) Bunk Bed (2 twin beds). This room sleeps 2.

Navarre Beach is the least crowded beach around and the longest pier on the gulf coast . There are four restaurants within walking distance. Across the bridge you will find multiple restaurants, major grocery and beverage stores. There are snorkeling reef`s on the island to enjoy. Sea doo and pontoon boat rentals are also available in the area.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
