Alquiler de julio y agosto: viernes a viernes. Alquiler de semana completa solo durante este tiempo. Si la temporada se acerca y tenemos aberturas restantes, posiblemente considere más cortos de alquiler. Si está interesado en junio podemos ser más flexibles.

Todos los muebles nuevos hacen de este apartamento un alquiler de sueño para su escapada. ¡Relájate con estilo! El condominio cuenta con una suite principal con cama doble, un segundo dormitorio con una reina, llena, y dos camas individuales, y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores LED nuevos. Cable en la sala de estar solamente. Los tres dormitorios tienen escritos de gancho HDMI para su otra visión dispositivo. Duerme 8 muy cómodamente!

Nuestro edificio de apartamentos con una buena ubicación cerca de todo. Es pasos de Stray Dog, un restaurante popular y divertido y bar, cinco minutos andando de la playa, a dos minutos a pie o bien en el puerto, ya unos pasos de la parada de Amtrak.

piscina al aire libre y en días lluviosos / fríos, se aprovechan de la piscina cubierta climatizada y el mejor gimnasio en New Buffalo. Nuestra unidad se encuentra en el mismo edificio que la piscina y gimnasio, así que es sólo un corto paseo por ascensor.

Esta unidad cuenta con 2 balcones. Hermoso patio en la azotea y cocina para la visión perfecta de los atardeceres del lago Michigan.

Lovely home with an incredible location

My friends and I had a girls weekend to celebrate a birthday. We booked this condo as it was close to downtown New Buffalo and the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted and then escape back to the condo to relax and visit, without having to drive. The condo was perfect, 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, amazingly comfortable beds and did I mention the quiet? The only noise we heard was when the train moved through town, but that happened only a few times and did not cause any issue for us. We did struggle when we first arrived with figuring out where the camera was within the entry gate, the property company didn't tell us to look at the number keypads, we instead, looked at a large screen. Called the company, they responded on the 1st ring and showed us the way. They also forgot to give us the apartment number so we had to call again, but they let us know, on the first ring yet again. Hands down, you can't go wrong with staying here, we will be back!

Best Location and Beautiful Facility

This facility fit our family's needs perfectly. The beautiful, modern decor, amount of space, and amenities made it a great fit. We were able to walk everywhere: the beach, shops, restaurants. We were worried about the proximity to the train tracks, but they were not a problem at all, and our 2-year-old grandson loved watching the train go by. We felt right at home, and can't wait to go back.

The perfect family getaway spot.

5 stars across the board! We were a party of 8 and the stay was perfect. We used all amenities - outdoor pool, rooftop, indoor pool on a rainy morning. We loved being in the heart of New Buffalo, a quick walk from the beach, dining, grocery store, and shops. Will definitely be booking again.

Amazing location

New Buffalo is the cutest town and my family had the most wonderful getaway in the heart of downtown where everything is walking distance! The condo was clean and spacious and just beautiful. We had the best time!

Updated Condo in Great Location!

Overall our stay was awesome! The condo was very well decorated with king beds in both rooms and a crib to use for our toddler in the 3rd room. They had a closet with toys for kids if needed, which was nice. Plenty of bath and beach towels to use. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Our only 'criticism' is the check-in process to get the key fob was confusing but once we were in there were no issues and the train can be loud since the tracks are right outside the building; it didn't bother us or our toddler though - we did bring white noise machines too. It would be nice for the building to have some luggage carts available if needed, especially for renters staying a week or more. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and just went above and beyond, which we appreciated. We highly recommend this condo and absolutely will rent here again!

Great Location and Spacious

It had a lot of space, kids toys, indoor pool (the weather was very chilly (50s/60s) and we had to buy sweaters) and convenient to local attractions. We enjoyed the local shops, the beach (5-10 minute walk) Barney's Grocery store, the Amtrak (we took a day trip into Chicago) and The Stray Dog restaurant. It is very close to the Amtrak railroad, so be prepared to have a sleep machine or hear noises in the night to keep you awake. The owners were responsive to questions. We would stay there again.

Great short Spring break stay

We loved this property! The condo was very big and had plenty of space to spread out. We loved it all including the games, comfy furniture, indoor pool, and balconies. We got a little startled by the early morning train right out our window but then quickly got used to it. The kids loved to watch it and wave to everyone on it. We would recommend this condo and will definitely come back to stay again!

Excellent Place!

My wife and our 3 kids stayed here for their spring break. Amazing location and easy to get in and out of. I didn’t see before but they had a full crib and crib mattress which was very helpful. Manager was also very good with detail of communication. Living room was amazing and all 3 of my kids had good space. Very nice amenities and the location is walking distance for a number of good restaurants and the beach. This place is literally 35 steps to the Stray Dog which was fun for myself and the kids. I read all of the reviews and all were very accurate. The only thing I would say for a negative is that we have very loud sound machines and each morning you could hear the blow of the horn from the Amtrak right next door. It wasn’t a big deal to us but besides that it wouldn’t stop us from booking this property again as it was amazing from top to bottom. Indoor pool is directly under this location which was awesome to get to and you couldn’t smell any chlorine/pool smell inside of the property which was great! Kids loved the pool as we went twice on our 5 day stay. Bunk room the kids loved and all the beds were very comfortable. Needed to bring an HDMI cable which we brought if you want to plug in an Apple TV so FYI. Wi-Fi was good most of the time but would recommend an Ethernet cord if you want a hard plug for a streaming movie device to get a better stream. All of the food around was great Beer Church and Brewsters recommend. A+++ location and property!

Family stay-cation

Our family (husband and I along with our 3 kids ages 14, 12 and 10) stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the cozy couch for games and relaxing and the spacious bedrooms. We can't wait to come back. The condo was very clean, great kitchen amenities for cooking meals, comfy beds and a cozy couch you don't want to get up off of. Very nice condo and fantastic location. The indoor pool was our draw for the stay and we throughly enjoyed it.

Great place - Great location

It was a great condo. We had an amazing time. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything we were looking to do. It was very clean and well kept. I would 100% go back and stay here again.

I am a first time vrbo user and this couldn’t have been a more positive experience! The condo was beautiful, immaculate and so kid friendly. Everything is within walking distance, including the beach! Sarah was so easy to work with. Responded promptly to all requests even when she was overseas! The whole family was thrilled with the experience. We will definitely book a return visit!

Family trip with infant

Wonderful trip -- we would definitely stay at this condo again. Close to everything and an easy walk to Beer Church Brewery (awesome place!), grocery store, and the beach. The crib and high chair made it so easy to bring our 8 month old granddaughter. The condo looks exactly as pictured. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and loved having coffee and cocktails on the deck. The gym is extremely nice! Same is true for the indoor and outdoor pool areas. Working with Sarah was simple. Wonderful trip!

Wonderful unit!

This unit was perfect! Clean, big, and perfect location. Our kids loved the indoor pool and we enjoyed the ease of checking in and out. We hope to stay again when we can utilize the rooftop pool and outdoor area!

Well Maintained and Great Location

Was lucky enough to find a weekend availability to take our family and another family to NB. Great place and plenty of space - bigger than expected! Good amenities in the unit and the indoor pool option on property was perfect for the kids. Would definitely recommend staying here and will likely look to come back in the future.

Winter Get Away

Our family of five lives just an hour away and after years of renting in this building decided it was time to purchase this property and make it our second home.

Location, location, location-- an easy walk to the beach and all New Buffalo has to offer. Our children love the indoor and outdoor pools which make this an ideal getaway year round. Beautiful small town feel with upscale dining & shopping. Short drive to the Warren Dunes. 75 minute train ride to downtown Chicago; 75 minute drive into Chicago; 30 minute drive to the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
