Head south a few blocks and you`re on the Ohio river with access to the Bengals and Reds stadiums, Fountain Square, Duke Energy Convention Center, US Bank Arena, Underground Railroad Freedom Center museum, Smale Riverfront Park, Roebling Bridge, and more. We are 20 minutes drive from CVG airport.
This neighborhood is highly walkable, but we also make it convenient to bring a car with the garage parking that we provide. Easy access to the Streetcar, bus stops, and red bike stations all within 1-2 blocks. Uber and Lyft drivers plentiful as well.
The parking is just across the street in Washington Park Garage, and is free using the parking pass that we provide!

1. Security Deposits
A security deposit of $300 will be held on your credit or debit card. This is similar to an incidental hold at a hotel, and will be released after check-out pending all house rules are followed. In certain cases, we may waive this hold at our discretion. Details regarding the deposit are available at the checkout page on our listing.
2. Important Policies and Expectations
We aim to address any issues with a courteous request for compliance. However, failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
Same-Day Reservations: If you’re booking a stay for the same day, please contact us before making the reservation. Without prior communication, your entry may be denied at our discretion.
No Unauthorized Gatherings or Parties: Parties and loud music are prohibited unless explicitly approved by us in writing. Hosting an unauthorized gathering may be treated as criminal trespassing under Ohio law (ORC 2911.21). This may result in legal action, including potential arrests and prosecution. Unauthorized gatherings are defined at our discretion and may include bringing unapproved guests onto the property.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Amplified music is not permitted without prior written consent. Any disturbances will result in a single courtesy warning. Failure to comply may lead to the termination of your stay without refund.
No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking and the use of candles, incense, hookahs, or any other open flames are strictly forbidden. This includes both tobacco and non-tobacco substances.
Honesty and Respect: Dishonest or abusive behavior toward our team will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. This includes yelling, swearing, or threatening conduct.
Property and Neighbor Considerations: We reserve the right to end your stay if we believe your actions could harm the property, disturb neighbors, or negatively impact our reputation.
3. Additional Fees
To avoid extra charges, please adhere to the following:
Cleaning Fees:
Cleaning biohazards (e.g., vomit or similar messes): $300 minimum.
Excessive pet hair cleanup: $300. Please bring lint rollers if you have a shedding pet.
Stains on carpets, furniture, or linens: $89 per item or the replacement cost, whichever is greater.
Smoking Indoors: A flat fee of $300 applies to any indoor smoking violations.
Lost or Unreturned Keys & Parking Pass: A re-keying fee of $70 will be charged for each unreturned key or parking pass
Excessive Cleaning:
Units left excessively dirty or disorganized will incur a $200 minimum fee or the actual cost of deep cleaning.
Stays longer than 14 days will include a $120 deep cleaning fee, billed via Airbnb’s resolution center.
Security-Related Fees: Any costs incurred from security, fire department, or police involvement due to your actions will be billed to you, with a minimum fee of $150.
